Favorite cheat food is the Lumberjack Potato Omelette (sp?) from Big Boy. Pan fried potatoes ontop of lots of mixed veggies, ham and stuff, topped with sour cream and salsa (I sometimes sub the salsa for applesauce

And some Killian's Irish Red for the couch.

I like to roast a couple of slices of bread, and while they're still hot cover them with butter and cover them with an abundant layer of table sugar.. (Might be nice for a carb-reload maybe)
