Hello everyone, recently registered and thought Id introduce myself as bigjimmy! I have been competing on and off for 13 years at national level and international level with NABBA representing Australia.

Well at 5'5 or 165cm my contest weight was 198lbs in the photos above. My legs suffered due to a quad and calf tear 6 weeks out from the contest so my legs were flatter and smaller than normal but this year my contest weight was 205lbs... no photos develped yet but will post over the coming weeks.

**** that's off season? So you don't carry much fat ever I guess, how much do you carry extra for your off season?

I used to stay reasonably lean in the offseason... in that offseason shot i was weighing in at about 220lbs but this year I let my weight climb up to 234lbs and came down to 205lbs. This offseason I am planning on getting up to 245-250lbs before I start preparing for 2007 NABBA worlds.
