I was given an infraction for putting up an ab routine video me and my friend made... I am not making money off of the YouTube videos.. we were doing it for fun and to help people. I got taken down and asked not to "promote" my videos.

Is it not OK to give training help through videos?

O ok. I just wasn't familiar enough with a lot of the sections to know if they were too active.. I wasn't going to post it in the Anabolics section haha

So just keep it to one section? I plan on making a lot more videos.. hopefully be helping
