Yeh I got to get me some Diesel man. I've heard nothing but good on it.

I agree with the others on the shrugs. That should help you:)
 
You can also do all your shoulder and back exercises with DBs. That should help build a more even look. If you use machines, use iso-lateral as opposed to say a single, fixed bar. Anything that lets you lift without compensating with your strong side.
 
Hmmm, I have always done my shrugs with either weight plates or dumbells once I realized my left trap was not growing.

I am considering going to see a doctor this week to see if there is tissue damage and maybe that's why its not growing.

It may not just be shrugs, lots of things hit traps. Upright rows, cable rows, deadlifts, etc. all hit traps. Try switching all these to iso-lateral and see if there's a significant strength difference in left to right side.

I think it'd be odd if there's tissue damage causing muscle to not grow, though anything is possible.

A chiropractor may be better about helping that since they're all about alignment and symmetry, and getting you back to that. The last 2 chiropractors my wife's been to have been pretty ripped so they know their stuff for muscle development. I went in to be evaluated and they noticed asymmetry in my traps immediately. It could be in your spine or the way you stand, pick things up, etc.

I am starting to feel some back pumps, and I am getting a side i have never had from Epi, which is restlessness at night. The past 2 nights it has kept me up for a couple hours. I just kind of drift in and out of sleep, but when I wake up, I feel very awake.
 
I did the first night and then I did a quick search and saw people talking about that being a side on some people. So last night I took my last dose at 4, went to bed around 11 and was not able to get to sleep until close to 330
 
sucks about the side I agree on changing the dose time a little or throwing in a sleep aid like need2 sleep in there to help. also for the back bumps taurine will help with that or bananas.

It looks like you may need a sleep aid if it continues. Need2sleep is a good choice for that

Feeling extremely strong as I head into my last week of diesel and I am hoping to hold on to most of what I have gained.
 
sounds like its going well for you bro. need to build muscle's bridge might be something you might wanna look into to help you hold onto your gains.
 
Nice job on Bench man. That is some big weight. Kill this last week on Diesel and then keep killing it in PCT and you shouldn't lose much at all.
 
Thanks guys yesterday was a good workout, and so was Monday. Monday I put up 350 x 5 on the bench, bent over row I put up 250 x 5 and finally squatted 300

Yesterday I jerked 155 x 5 And dead lifted 350 x 5

For pxt I am running forma, hcgen, trs, and tcf1 I have some clinic on hand, but I refuse to use that stuff it makes me feel like ****

I was wondering what the hell clinic was. I thought maybe there was a new SERM out that I was missing out on..lol
 
Well today was the day I tried 405
I went in did my normal squats routine then headed over to the bench, warmed up and went up to 255 on warm up.
Took a couple min to rest and get my head on, and I had two people spotting when I put on the 405. I went down about half way and up (I always short my first rep on heavy weight for some reason) went down again, and one of the spotters hands bumped the bar throwing me off balance and I strained to get it back and they had to help me get it back up.

After getting really pissed off I took 20 minutes and stretched and did some light weight and loaded it up again, this time with 3 spotters. One as a main to keep his hands on the bar in the middle and then the two on the sides just standing there encase the middle guy couldnt lift it up.

First rep went down half way again (idk really weird my body only lets me go half way) back up just fine, went down for a full rep on the second one and back up, third and fourth rep I just did a negative with a 5 second down and then assist up.
Overall I am very happy I hit my goal and I am going to try it again next friday.


Today was my last day of diesel, so now it is time to start cutting away the fat to reveal what muscle I gained and start looking sexy for the summer!
 
One thing I would recommend is not cutting until at least a couple weeks after PCT so you can hold that strength and muscle for a while. If you cut too fast after running a cycle that muscle you worked so hard for will go pretty quick.

I agree. I cut after a cycle and lost all gains. It was like I never even cycled. I wish I had either cut before or on cycle.

I finished the diesel and still have 2 weeks of epi. While on diesel I was running a pretty high cal/ carb to make it to 405. Now I am going to cut cals by around 300 a day and add some more cardio.
I maintained 195 for 2 weeks now but have visibly less fat, so my plan is just to kill the last of the belly fat.

Ok I gotcha now man..lol That makes a lot more sense. Well hopefully you can shed some more over the next couple weeks. You just want to make sure you arent trying to cut in PCT.
 
Well, after Friday my body was wrecked almost all the way until last night.

I did hit the gym yesterday and had a pretty good day, except for that fact that I failed when squatting 300 x 5 I only got 3 in

My bent over row has greatly incrased though, and I am really starting to see a new cut in my biceps that I never had. Crazy, how I used to work them with 3-4 exercises and now I do one and see better results.

I agree with you about progress on Biceps and smaller muscles. More does not equal better and its more about quality exercises and not quantity :)

EPI gets a little rough at 60mg. I just had to back down to 45mg after being at 60 for 3 weeks. The lethargy is what is killing me, but you can really feel the extra strain on the joints too...

Holy hell is that a hooge pct.. More the better though. Keep your cals the same as now, maybe even a little higher if you've added a decent amount of weight. Never drop cals in pct.. Never!
