I am starting my third month of 5/3/1 and loving it, after burning out on Sheiko.

As for DC, its a good strength program, but totally not geared towards PL; it'd only use it if I wanted a break from PL (and I am very familiar with DC as its the program that got me hooked on getting stronger).
 
last nights workout...
worked up to a 315 x 2 squat with a belt... haven't really trained my squat in a while... trying to get the form and technique back down right now...

rack pulls...
did 3 sets up to 275 but couldn't hold onto the bar anymore... it was very humid in the gym so I gave up

when should i? I think itd be silly to use a 10lb weight to do em with...

start with 25lb, you'd probably be surprised at how easy they are if you're comfortable with bw dips. The only 'scary' part is the leap of faith when you step of the pegs and hang free. But even that's nothing to worry about if your tris are still attached.

Hit db skullz with 50's today...I am truly a badass! :head: lol did those for 15 reps r/p. Will stick at this weight for prob another 2-4 weeks.
Hit up rack chins with a 55 today..which is good for me. Gotta keep climbing!
Moved up 5lbs on incline bb smith press today...not huge but still :yup:
Did 60lb incline db curls yesterday and my biceps already looking bigger bc of it.
SLDLed 310 for 6 reps.
Still stuck at 12 plates for angled leg press but I still have some catching up to do with all the doc visits, anti biotics, and forced time off.

More weight to kill! :saw:
