Hit db skullz with 50's today...I am truly a badass! :head: lol did those for 15 reps r/p. Will stick at this weight for prob another 2-4 weeks.

Did 60lb incline db curls yesterday and my biceps already looking bigger bc of it.
SLDLed 310 for 6 reps.
Still stuck at 12 plates for angled leg press but I still have some catching up to do with all the doc visits, anti biotics, and forced time off.
