hit 315 for 1 tonight in the sumo squat. I am definitely not feeling any pressure on my knees which is terrific. I am going up in weight slowly though. hopefully by the time I am back at school thinking about a competition I can comfortable hit 315 for at least 3 to match my old close stance pr...
 
Damn bro!! I cant wait to squatting 315! I just hit 205x10 the other day. I wil be attempting 215 for 10 in a few days.
 
I just plugged in my #s for my 1 rep max...its says it is 273..there is no way. I could not imagine pushing that weight up :eek:

I have decided that I am still looking for that elusive 400 lb squat... and at least a 250 bench...
So I think Ill be headed to powerlifting mode when I head back to school....

In response to your rep: I'm thinkin of just headn back to this thread and logging my DC workouts. I don't feel like really makin a big deal outa loggin supps right now. Mainly right now my focus is on DC and gettin hayuge. When I get my lump problem figured out I'll make my way back here.

but my strength is up... and Ive been doing cardio all summer so Im going to begin to look at my diet and perhaps start cutting back a little...
