LOL! King of pop. Hey whats going on in this thread?

you should deliver some more water there!
Southern chicks aren't really my style. There are two kinds...
Southern Belle: These are your "Daddy's girls" type. STAY AWAY! They know little about what it means to be a wife, and will suck every penny from you without a thank you.
Redneck: These chicks are usually a lot of fun. Know how to have a good time. Usually know how to treat a guy right...but all that's ever on their minds is hunting and college football.
You definitely have a point my friend. but still.... :hitit:
he left out the part about shaving only on weekends, no deodorant after the monthly shower and the fact that they weight 50 lbs more than you while still standing 1 foot shorter.
If you like, I can set up a date for ya?

I really hope you see the student health center about that. Hope you start feeling better.
Sweet w/o bud! It is sooo easy to get form wrong on any exercises, especially db pullovers. Where were you putting your back on the bench? Were your hips lowered? Were you elbows slightly bent? The pullover machine is cool but its not a good enough substitute for db pullovers. The machine hits more your lats and serratus than it does chest. Just my .02c.tonight's workout was nothing short of awesome. i think i'm really gonna dig this new routine that i've put together.
tonight was chest and back
bb bench press - 135 x 15 (warmup) 145 x 10, 155 x 8, 165 x 6, 185 x 4 (will increase weights next WO)
cable flies - (warmup on Nautilus fly machine 10 reps), 40 x 10, 60 x 8, 70 x 6
bb inclince bench press - 75 x 12 (warmup) 95 x 10, 105 x 8, 115 x 6, 135 x 6 (will increase weight next WO)
--- 30 minutes or so break, had to switch gyms ---
dips x15, x10, x8
pullovers (db) 20 x 15, 35 x 8, 35 x 8, (on machine) 65 x 15
----i'm probably going to stick with the machine because i was feeling something weird in my upper back while doing the DB pullovers, so until i figure out what i was doing wrong, i'm going to stick to the machine
Pullups - 10,9 (failure), 8 (failure), 7(failure)
Lat Pulldowns 85 x 10, 100 x 10
SS Lat Pulldowns Behind the Neck 85 x 10, 100 x 10
Cable Rows 70 x 15, 85 x 10, 100 x 6

Was going for one more rep when my vision went black and my head starting screaming. I put my hands on my head and the next thing I remember was laying on the mat trying not to throw up. My kinesiology buddy let me know that I had just suffered a benign exertional headache.
Called it quits came home iced my head and slept for 2 hours. It is now 3 hours later. I got up and ate... and now I am feeling a little nauseous and a slight pain in my forehead.
I will mostly call of my training session tomorrow and resume on wednesday.
Im feeling better now that I have eaten something. I am making an appointment tomorrow.
