I feel bigger! Could all be part of the new alpha mentality but Ill let you guys be the judge. I think I look a lil bigger.

back is looking big man. I have been using my ZMA for the last 2 nights and getting some good rest. I am waiting for animal pump before I start dosing the Sterol complex unless you guys think that I should do it before I get the animal pump. What do you think?
 
Tyler, yes, I think you should just go ahead and start the sterol. Be good to see what happens before you get the animal. Plus we have no clue when that stuff willl actually arrive lol.

Irish, Ive been taking it with my 3 largest meals which all contain a considerable amount of fat and carbs. Tho, since Ive decided to start doing morning training now, Mullet suggested just taking my 2 caps pre w/o then taking a carb/bcaa mix intra. Im eating like crazy afterwards tho. Its insane how much food Im eating!
 
I am taking 6 caps/day and no, I bought a bottle from Vitamin shoppe but will be getting the twin pack with next weeks paycheck :food:

I am upping it to 8/day now tho :D

I think it's OOS at NP right now. :( - 8caps huh? Sounds like my kind of dosing. Keep us updated. Will it be a 4/2/2 dosing or 2/2/2/2 or something else?
 
It is OOS atm but Mullet says it will be there next week :fingers crossed:

2/2/2/2 would prob work best but they need to spread evenly apart. So if you can get in 4 BIG beals then def go with that. Its no joke - you HAVE to eat big with this stuff! Your appetite gets revved up from the stuff big time! So just keep that in mind.

As for myself, I will be doing 3 caps pre w/o - 2 - 3.
 
nice. I will start tomorrow. I am going to hit legs tonight because Im not sure what my time frame will be tomorrow. but I plan to hit chest tomorrow too and take my off day on tuesday then lift thursday, friday and head home for the weekend.
 
had a shitty leg workout tonight. Its not worth posting up. Just wasn't feeling it and the day wore me down before I could get to the gym. Ill start the sterol complex tomorrow and keep up with it in here. Ill be dosing 2 caps after meals and 2 pre workout for a total of 6 a day.
I have been feeling pretty down lately about my strength and size. I have come a far way but I still can't hold my own in my weight class. I still have yet to fill out my frame and it's discouraging.
I am weighing in at about 210 right now but I feel like I wont make a dent until I come in at 225 solid.

Youve made a lot more progress than you give yourself credit for. I know this man. You have been doing a lot of low rep strength training which wont really fill you out that much but will for sure boost your strength which in turn does add size but your body has gotten used to all the heavy lifting. So moving to a higher rep range will fill you out more man. I promise you that. Just keep it up and leave your ego at the door man. None of this "I wanted to lift heavy today" crap. Keep the reps above 6 for awhile if you goal is to get bigger. You look good man whether you believe it or not. You know I luv ya negger. Dont get discouraged youve come so far and are only gettin started. Remember patience is a virtue - and you'll need it in body building man.

Took my 3 meltdown/3 Prime 30 mins pre w/o
Intra w/o - I had 2 scoops Vassive, 40g slow carbs, 6g BA

Not sure why but I had a mediocre workout. Reason could be anything really. My body could just be used to doing 1on/1off and doing 2 days in a row coulda threw my body outa the loop; or my body hasnt adjusted to morning training (i think its this one); I also heard of some people loosing strength in the beginning of their prime cycle and then it shoots up. So IDK...but I am eating like crazy. Seriously!! I ate over 3500 cals yesterday! I was sooo bloated it was ridiculous! I took 1 cap SLIN before bed tho to aid in absorbtion of all the excess nutrients. Im very swole! Chest is very puft - numbers were just eh.

The w/o:
1. Decline db press - 60x6 (here was the problem. I didnt warm up first!:headache:) 70x5 (sh!ttyist reps ever!!:dead:), dropped back to 65x8 (reps were perfect here. My chest felt much better. It really just needed a warmup), moved up to 70 for 5 good reps
2. Medium incline db press - havent done any medium incline in about a month now. Its all been decline or low incline. So the change was nice. 50x6, 60x6, 65x3 bahh! Wasnt impressed here but I did blast my chest with the previous exercise...kinda :/
3. WIDE Iso decline press - (just plates #) 150x6, 190x6, 240x1, 225x4
4. Viking grip Pec Dec - I put the seat all the way up and I actually stood up off the seat too focus on the lower pecs - 140x6, 170x6, 190x6, 200x5

At a second glance it was a pretty good workout. Im happy with the results and will come back at it harder next time! :smite: Eating big!! Gotta gain!!

Oh also...I woke up at 170 this morning!!!!!! After a crap and piss!!:bruce3: Very happy about this!!!

Prime update:
Muscles are feeling hard!! You know that feeling, when you are on a PH, that you can just flex your muscles and just squeeze and squeeze and squeeze? Just like you can feel new muscle fibers being activated with each squeeze? And you get a killer pump just by squeezing? I got that!! Its freakin awesome! I also got 2 comments yesterday that Im looking bigger. Also, Ive outgrown 3 of my favorite shirts! lol

*Decided on doing 9 caps/day instead for the Prime. So it'll be 3/3/3

Just tried this. Its yumsers! Will def be mixing it with my Vassive for tomorrows workout. I dont think Im gonna double dose it tho because Id like to make this tub last. It has 25 servings in it and I hate to only have this stuff for 2 weeks.

Just finished my 1 scoops Intra aid. Have a tiny BA tingle. If I had to guess- Id say theres about 1-1.5g BA per scoop. So I will add 4g to my intra drink tomorrow.

Ok so this is for a kinesiology class I am taking so... we have to do cardio and weight lifting in class but his principle is that sets and reps are the wrong way to lift. He thinks that in order to lift properly you do 1 set at a heavy weight for as many reps as you can get for upwards of 8 reps. If you can get 15 reps then you need a heavier weight. So you do 1 set of each prescribed exercise for the day. I normally pick a moderate weight, hit it for 12 then move on.

My rest has been great lately. I have been eating my heart out. I am using intra workout aids. (Xtend, soon Intra Aid). Even though I am sore I still push out 10-12 reps. I try to avoid doing exercises ill be doing that day though.
 
Id reccomend getting in a lot extra bcaa for the next 6 weeks..and kick the sh1t outa the comp!

This will be my first competition where I am competing.
I will be competing raw using only a belt, wrist wraps, and knee sleeves.

Not sure what I am looking at hitting yet but Ill think about it and post up in a bit.

Hmmm 10lbs on your bench is totally doable in 6 weeks. I think 20lbs on squat is gonna push it. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE dont hurt yourself man! I know you train with the powerlifting team. So I at least have comfort knowing you are in good hands. Good luck man. You gotta tear it up and eat big the next 6 weeks! And like I said up that wms!!

Prime is making me lethargic. I will changing my Meltdown dose from 3 in morning to 2 morning (pre w/o) and 2 in the afternoon. Ive noticed if I eat, the lethargy seems to dissipate. Im debating on whether to add Neovar in 2 weeks or to take a longer break from creatine.

Meltdown a stim? I'd try adding a stim or spreading that stim throughout the day as you may have already planned out to alleviate the lethargy.
