I take one serving daily, as directed by the label.

I have never used PA. I am using Build first, and I have a tub of regular Pro-17 for when it runs out because I will then be on Anadrol, which is going to totally overshadow the PA. I am approaching contest. I want to be as big and strong as possible. Food, drugs, supplementation are all escalating. I do not need to know how much of what is helping specifically - I only need to be at maximum strength. This is the zenith of 13 months of training & diet periodization.

Compare the amino profile on the label of your EAA product of choice with your protein powder and ProSynthesis. You will see the profile differences.

I do not like drinking whey preWO. It makes me bloated, negatively effects my ability to brace maximally, and distracts from training. If you do well on that and 1.5-2 scoops of your whey is cheaper than a serving of Pro17, you should use that.
 
Yeah, my wife seems to like. Said she noticed immediate energy boost. I personally haven’t tried as I doubt I’m lacking b vitamins due diet.

Excited to try out the XPG Curcuprime. I obviously know I already love the Creatine HCL, Focus, & Elite Curcumin.

Haha I bet we both have quite the extensive collections. It’s not hard though with how many great options and products SNS offers!

I like to restock on the holidays to save some money not ordering every month and don’t have to worry about the occasional OOS.

Yeah, Ryse does a pretty good job with all of their flavoring I've had (protein, pre's, energy drinks). Definitely has the right flavor profile, maybe a little less tangy than I remember though.

RYSE and Ghost both do a pretty good job at making products taste like the actual flavor they say it is.

I just got the powdered version of this. Great profile taste is okay..but the profile makes up for the taste not being as good as others out there

Sadly missed out on the labor days sales, but still picked up some essentials. Should have a great run so I am hitting a new low weight(healthier/better mobility) come January.

Since technically its in the mail and not arrived... just checked tracking and I have yet another bottle of Alpha Gel arriving tomorrow. By far my favorite product I have taken this year, absolutely love it. Going to start buying my wife flowers as a preemptive apology for the effects today.

So do you mix the Pro17 with anything? Mine came in yesterday, and I tried it this morning before I came downstairs to train.

The flavor is... different. And I know that's by design, because he was more focused on making sure it had the right ingredients, even if that made it harder to flavor. Thought I'd ask, do you doctor it up first, or just chug it straight down?

I took it as a coincidental PCT after a dhea and epiandro run and felt like it cleared up some pseudo gyno I had going on in like 2 days. My sleep and recovery were fantastic on it, generally good mood, strong libido. Steves write up on the product mentions this:

which at first I didn't care about at all, I haven't had "downstairs" issues but lo and behold, while on alpha gel it was like swing a baseball bat made of steel at my wife. also wake up at 3:30am every morning like i'm 16 again lol. this stuff is like an anti aging product (i'm 41 next month)

I didn't know what to expect, I wasn't having problems with any of those areas and I didn't think it was a cure all for my itchy nipple but it ended up with a half dozen awesome effects I really enjoyed. zero side effects, and probably the best topical delivery system I have seen. two pumps that dry fast, smell good, and don't stain my clothes. XPG is fantastic.

5oz water & a few shakes of iodized salt (sodium preWO is always a good idea), then knock it back in a couple chugs. Then I’m out the door.
 
Stand up guy @sns8778 is, appreciative for all that you do. Went with his recommendations on the lipovantage (nightime dose); will also be giving the super swole a test run on leg day tomorrow night ( love the pump for hamstrings and calves)

I really like Innovapharm Recover EAA. That's the EAA I use myself.

I haven't tried those 2 flavors that you got, as they are two flavors I tend to not really like in general, but the lemon lime is great and their tea flavor is surprisingly good. I was really surprised how much I like the tea flavor.

The lemon lime is great with citrulline malate added into it; it gives it a more tart flavor.

I might send the stress and anxiety link to my co-worker and see what he thinks. only item in there I'm familiar with is the Ashwagandha, but I know that one is much loved. I find it interesting that it's sold as a libido supplement to women because of it's anti-stress potential, but then I have seen it in mens products as well and it no doubt had an effect on me.

Stress & Anxiety Support is a great product.

There are different types of Ashwagandha. Ashwagandha itself is just the herb, the important thing is what its standardized for, and people should only take one of the branded standardized forms of it. That's not just me saying that, even the Indian government has warned people about generic material because of the lack of standardization.

KSM66 is the type that you see in products like M-Test to help support natural testosterone levels.

Sensoril is the type used in Stress & Anxiety Support and is excellent for helping with mood, stress, and anxiety.
