@Afi140 Interesting, I have never thought of trying to increase the volume of rice cereal, I like it for quick digestion, but it has tons of volume already. Are you using it during a cut or something and trying to get full?Project AD is the brand. Used to only be in brick and mortar. The cream of rice cereal has like double volume because the xanthan gum. .

How is the flavor on that? I just add PB2, and splenda to regular Cream of Rice, it is one of my staple carbs.

Agreed, normally when I am eating that I am also having a protein shake. I use the combo when trying to get the food into the system ASAP like post workout, or sometimes a pre-workout meal if I need the food to digest quickly due to schedule. Although it has a lot of volume, I can get it down quickly even if I am not that hungry. Plus it digests quickly so I can eat again later, and it is just easy for me to eat.I actually avoid using cream of rice normally because it has so much volume already, no doubt. I don’t know that eating processed white rice makes any sense if hunger is a major concern.
Used it 3rd time today. Flavor is growing a tad on me. I didn’t chug it, just drank it straight down non-stop - but focused on tasting the flavor. It’s passable and there’s no gross aftertaste or anything bleh.
It’s sitting well in my gut, my pumps are good, my soreness seems like it may be a bit less, it’s easy to use and it’s optimal nutrition. Idk what else you could want from it.
nice .. when u 3rd time in a day .. are u using 1/3rd of serving each time ?
how 17th or Build V you are testing it out ?
What a great Group of people we have here on the forum! It is truly a Family!! One of the board member heard me complaining about my lower back pain, yesterday I received a package from Amazon, strange because I don't even have an amazon account.
Again this was sent to me by a board member I would consider a very good friend, but have never meet!

I need to get a good picture of this and post it. If you have lower back pain, this is the ticket!!
If you are used to taking like 5g of CM you would do well with 3g of HCL a day. That is what was recommended to me, and what I take with the SNS Creatine HCL. I believe I have put on a few lbs lbm the last 2-3 weeks while on it. Similar to what I would have with 5g of CM daily with the increased intramuscular volume.Question on the creatine hcl. Is it the same gm for gm as cm?

I am really enjoying the Pink Grapefruit, I drink it every morning with my morning dose of supplements. I don't mess with timing the doses, do you think there is much value in that, or just getting to a decent saturation level is the key. I figure the latter. You don't need to dose Creatine HCI as highly as Creatine Monohydrate.
The dosage range for Creatine HCI is 1.5 to 3 grams per day.
I use 3 grams per day myself.
Mono bloats me and bothers my stomach so I can't use Mono but no issues at all with HCI. And the flavors are fantastic. I see you got the Pink Grapefruit flavor; I could drink that all day.

Nice! Looks like it would work well!

Very nice, and it's great she found that the SNS Gluco Vantage XT could help her out !Invalid Link Removed
My wife uses Gluco XT everyday it does wonders for her blood sugar. When she got pregnant with are daughter she had gestational diabetes. She managed it fantastic with nothing but tracking her food intake, after giving birth she has to still watch it as your risk for diabetes is quite high. So she uses this combined with tracking food and has been working wonders.
She was almost out so I told her to order some and sent her the link, she noticed I had in the cart the creatine HCI. So she ordered it for me! I didn’t realize I picked the watermelon as I think I was going to pick the grapefruit, but regardless I actually enjoy the flavor quite a bit!

I have not tried the pink grapefruit yet that will be the next one I order. The watermelon is pretty spot on and sometimes I mix it with a strawberry flavor packet and it’s delicious!I'm glad to hear that GlucoVantage XT helps her.
I'm glad you like the Watermelon flavor. I don't like Watermelon in anything, but I think the Watermelon flavor is great to be Watermelon, so I think that most anyone that likes that flavor anyway should really like it.
Have you tried the Pink Grapefruit yet? I'm hooked on that. I could drink something that tastes like that all day.

I do not care for Grapefruit, but everyone seems to like it in this product. I may see if I can con Steve in to sending me a Ghetto Baggie sample out of his stash.![]()

Agreed, it is like a nice sweet Texas Red flavor, almost reminds me of when Mom would sprinkle a little bit of sugar over slices of grapefruit for us for breakfast. Nice and refreshing. I really enjoy it in the morning.I'd be glad to. It's a really, really good tasting flavor. To me, it would be perfect for the upcoming EAA product because its refreshing and easy to drink.
Sounds good, and nothing is better than anything you Mom made you!Now you are thinking.

I haven't used that but I like the looks of it and I really like the company. I use their Recovery EAA product as my EAA/Intra.

I've used the Neuro version in the past too, the little nootropic blend was a nice touch. Solid pump. Really subtle flavor though, super easy to get down haha.
