There's a write up on the SNS website for Recomp20. I've had people ask for an extended write up on it which is something I'll finish up and post at some point but I've had a lot of other writeups to finalize first so we can get more of the new products released that we already have in stock and that are just waiting for write ups to be launched.

Recomp20 can be taken fine with a GDA like GlycoPhase.

nice yup def will report back .. started a mini journal today as well.

i havent thought about my dosages .. def 2 pre workout, and i took 2 before my lunch 5-6hrs later .. i think im going to stay at 4 caps and will fool around in couple weeks to compare.


p.s my pre workout dosage is usually with non food and no discomfort or anything. dont want to say i saw more veins but i did see more veins :unsure:

A different stim free pre to try out + new Flag Nor Fail shirt showed up today... wasn't in time to crack open the Ecto Plasm to try out today, so that'll have to wait.

^^^ Tried out the Ecto Plasm this morning for a push day... Fruit Punch flavor is good, on par with other FP flavors. Had a great pump going today, but I'm not surprised by that. I'll love anything with a good dose of Cit/GMS/Agmatine.
 
Some staples and the new MorphOmega which looks like a great product for price. Will help me cut down on all those individual supplements as this includes them

Got these bad boys in from @Marne40 the other day. Good looking out! Forgot to post them up. Already enjoying the benefits of the RELAX. It is helping me sleep better even with the shoulder flaring up!

By far my favorite duo for nagging injuries. Makes things more bearable for my old joints too.

Honestly, this one was pretty mediocre. If it tasted as good as the powder smelled, it would be awesome. It's heavy on the orange and pineapple, but has an aftertaste that makes it not quite refreshing. There are many better flavors available.

Mixed up well, granted I use more water than the 'suggested' amount... usually like ~18oz give or take. Essentially no sediment left at the bottom of the shaker cup post chugging.

I'm not much of a grape guy, but I did decide to snag some of the Sherbet Pop flavor + a tub of the graham cracker flavored protein that @BigGame84 got. Excited for both of those.

Boom! It arrived! I was getting a bit nervous after a few days of no tracking updates after it left the US coming to Canada but came home today and it was here!

Been stocking up on some of the apex sales and deals. AET 50 has become a favorite of mine great sleep, next to none stress. Trying my first 2 bottles of Hyperion, and have 3 bottles of ursa I’m going to run. So far has been Hyperion and ursa in the morning/ night is all 3. Invalid Link Removed

Got 2 bottles of anabolic effect, haven’t started a run yet probably come September. Also not sure what I want to stack it with yet, so for now they just look pretty!

Caramel Apple Strudel is basically just apple pie in nut butter form. Really good. Would go great with some vanilla ice cream lol

Starberry Blast really, really, really reminds me of Captain Crunchberries. I swear it tastes just like the cereal minus the milk.
