The flavor is just alright but I definitely get some nice focus and pumps from it.

EDIT: Just cracked this open.... this one actually tastes like I was expecting! If you took a bunch of Chips Ahoy cookies, crushed them up and dumped them in a glass of milk, it would pretty much taste the same as this.

Bonus points for how they package the scoops in the tubs as well.... super nice not having to dig around at the bottom of the tub to find it lol

Glad to hear the positive feedback, initial was a little hit or miss. Will probably give it a shot now.

The first run of this was horrible, all of it since than has been very good !

One of the few protein blends that tastes completely fine mixed with water IMO from taste to consistency. Working my way through Ghost fruity cereal milk right now but all of their flavors kill it

The Boldanic order came in under a week. Impressed. I was expecting it to take longer. The Ecdynize was a freebie, as was the NB Amino Kick. Very nice.
 
Freebie's are always a good thing !

I'm curious too. lol. I'm going to go back into this thread because I think there was some Ecdynize dosing conversation going on, some pages back. I'll look elsewhere for more information too, and update in this thread.

Danes mentioned some people do the whole bottle in two days I think lol. you can also just read the directions on the bottle

I think it should be a requirement for all supplements with a scooper to do this. It would save so many people the hassle of digging around for it :LOL:

Good to know! I wonder how this would taste in oatmeal! I typically just put straight almond butter in my oatmeal but Strawberry Frosted Donut cashew butter sounds more tasty :)

is that the brand you use as well ? i do have the original ginger .. i cant tell as for effectiveness if that one is better rather than these flavoring ones.

Woah I just saw these ginger chews at my local grocery store. They had a bunch of different flavors. Guess I'll be snagging a bag next time I go
