well as quoted he clearly stated they would not (ever being implied) - and that was after suggesting 20%... and not even a month ago.

edit: jesus now 50% off too... this is just beyond frustrating. I've now ordered twice and gotten screwed, then re-screwed out of money. c'mon now.

We are here to please. If the code works USE IT! We had to make up for the sale promise we made.

That code will NOT be active forever. We just wanted to give back a little to anabolic minds

am I the only one that is peeved that by now ordering 6 total bottles of predator (i.e. a good customer) based on what we were told the "best" deal was, that i've essentially been shroted either 3 bottles or $30??? that's some pretty shiity repping/company practices IMO and has completely ruined any trust I had in c&p or their reps...

I actually took your advice last Monday to order 2 bottles thinking the promo would end soon. Now this... And speaking of shipping, it cost me $22 to ship those tiny two bottles.

Same here. I happily bought 2 bottles on the first pred2 deal and that was a awesome deal, but would have waited and bought more of I knew this deal was coming. O well at least I got 2 bottles on a good deal in the beginning.
 
Pred2 has been disabled now. Talking about expensive shipping, if I wanted to order 4 bottles of Predator it's $36.50 for shipping
 
While I understand everyone's frustrations -- especially as I am in the same position -- I don't think we were intentionally mislead.

In either situation, we're getting(or got) a hell of a deal off base price and should focus on that rather than any later deals that we didn't know would happen.

I agree with this, there was no intentional misleading as the reps were just repeating as they were informed.

I know last night I placed an order before i saw that pred2 was still working which bummed me out.

So I'm in agreement with everyone in terms of the reps not truly being at fault as I know they just pass on the info that they have available at that time (I've been in this boat myself many times).

I emailed C&P sales last night and explained the situation and they got back to me this morning and are actually going to apply the 50% off to my current order (4 more after 2 a few weeks back). He explained that it was a total goof on his part that the code should not have been active still, which I understand. I really appreciated that they were willing to work with me on this one and in an almost immediate response (emailed way after hrs last night and had a response by 10am today).

In the future it would probably be best to maybe be a bit more careful with how they hype a particular sale (such as "best deal ever possible", etc) from a rep perspective just to avoid this mess again. Either way, good on the company for being willing to admit a mistake and make up for it.

They have always been super helpful when I've contacted the guys at CNP! I had a feeling it was an error still having the code active when they advertised the stacking "Coffee" code with it

Nice. I'm waiting to hear back if I can just combine my two orders and drop one of the shipping charges. Will bring me to 13 a bottle which i am more than okay with.

Everyone makes mistakes, but not everyone fixes them. How companies respond to situations like these, (even if they aren't technically in the wrong) speaks strongly to their ethics. Lose $10, but gain a customer for life. So many don't get that.

We are going to tackle international shipping next. Hopefully soon.
 
Damn I woke up ready to buy a few more bottles of predator. I just opened a bottle yesterday and was amazed at how I looked upon waking up today after some not so healthy carb options last night :) 30% is still nice, but damn 50% would have been awesome. I would have went crazy buying this morning.

Oh well, it'll make my wallet look prettier haha

Totally agree with this. I just had an issue with a retailer, and all I wanted was a simple apology (not even a refund or anything else) and they refused to admit any wrong doing. I will be avoiding them from here on out.
 
I'm so glad everyone is getting answers and taken care of so quickly. Chaos and Pain takes there customers feedback very seriously.
I'm still so happy to be working with such a great group of people
 
Well I couldn't help myself and I ordered 2 more bottles of PREDATOR! Like pyrobatt said earlier I really hope the international shipping costs get lowered. I couldn't add anything to my order without the cost going crazy!
