Just received my Evomuse. Says on the label to use it after shower. Should I still use it after shower if it's a late night shower? How much to apply on midsection? Is there a limit of amount to apply per time? Should I also apply to other areas with stubborn fat?

Amount to apply is on the label (about a a half dollar around your midsection. After late night shower is fine. Nothing will keep you awake.

You can apply it anywhere you have stubborn fat....anywhere.

What product? SuperNova? Regardless, any of the topicals I have used without any impact on sleep. So yeah, post shower is the best time to apply. As for how much, just enough to cover the area you want -- start with like a quarter sized amount, apply it and add more if necessary.

I was expecting the solution to be gel like but it's not. How do you guys even apply it using hand?

Once a day is what I generally do. You can do twice spread out; all about your preference

It's the best strawberry flavored protein I ever had and not even being bias. My 4 year old son always wants a shake too lol. I add a little chocolate syrup to it and make it a chocolate strawberry shake and he loves it

So glad I stumbled onto this thread. Haven't bought supps in years but use to take burn24. After seeing the profile on predator and the 50% off I had to order. Now to find a preworkout...
 
How come my Supernova is runnier than some of the photos i see from members' logs here? Is it due to the weather in my country (typically >25-35C)?

Cannibal ferox or riot are great preworkouts from chaos and pain while you are getting predator.
Other great ones you can see are quake like posted above , mesomorph and pre kaged

I've had a bottle of burn 24 on the shelf for a few years, just started using it (works well) but I can't wait to get the Predator I just ordered !!

^^^ Riot is pretty awesome if you wanted to get a pre from C&P along with your Predator. Haven't tried ferox personally but have heard great things.
 
I will attest to Quake. There are obviously other great pwos out there, but it's too hit or miss for me. If I stray, it will be to C&P or I'll try Re1gn depending on what reviews are like (not touching the shipping issue with a 10' pole...)

How can you tell runniness from a pic ha? There's been a few iterations too over the first 9mo or so
 
I just can't help myself...stopped at vitamin shoppe to pick up some biotin for my mom. So of course I perused the shelves for deals, when I saw these bad boys marked down 50%. So if course I had to buy the only three they had left.funniest thing is if they had more I prob would've scooped those up too lol

So I went to drop off some notebooks to my buddies house. His wife answered and invited me to enjoy Xtend margaritas. So I did, thinking it was only going to be the bcaas alone. She mixed up the traditional tequila triple and triple sec into a pitcher of water and mixed in 10 scoops Xtend.

Well. I really can't taste test the Xtend alone but, now knowing I really dont ever drink, this was the best, of not very close, to the best margarita I've ever had. She used up the last of the tub otherwise she would've let me try it solo, but she says it's every bit as good but just won't get u buzzed. They're getting the pina colada one next.

TBH though seems like a waste, as good as it was, of Xtend, mixes are prob cheap. Oh well not my $

Well I'm pretty broke anyways I have 6 kids so can only afford a supplement​ here and there. This quake really looks wonderful though, only things Id like to add would be bulk agmatine and hydromax. Was always a fan of those 2 for pumps...

Cotton Candy - the cotton candy taste is pure in this pre workout. This is not something that is neither dull nor too sweet. Derek found a good balance of flavor when making this product and it packs a punch from your first sip to the aftertaste. I find it to have a good enough flavor to even dilute it a bit and still get a large surge of flavor. If you are a cotton candy fan and like sweet things you will very much enjoy this. For those who don't like sweet things it is not overpowering more on the refreshing side of cotton candy to sip on and enjoy instead of slamming it back before a workout.

1 sample pack in 12oz of water and it had nothing floating or sticking to the shaker cup. The powder from the pre workout is very fine and has no issues with mixing. After 10-15 shakes this was totally dissolved

A very basic yet well rounded formula that could be stacked with lots of pump agents on the market (non-Stims) for exaample bulk agmatine, nitrates, and hydromax would make a great addition.

Cost

$34.99 for 20 servings aka 40 scoops. For most pre workouts they average around $1 per serving some a bit higher if the raw materials are expensive. This one may be a little high in price buying direct from the PR Breaker website. If material was found on sale or there was a special pricing this would be very comparable to most pre-workouts on the market given the formula and raw materials.

Yeah, I looked into making Margarita flavored protein/BCAAs about 13 years back and came to the same conclusion.

Are you giving it a lot of shakes prior to pouring?

Edit: the thickener part if I recall correctly can sometimes stick to the lower end of the bottle, so I shake vigoursly. If it's clumpy in spots in the bottle, run it under hot water for a while then shake it!

It's only a waste when you use it make actual, alcoholic margaritas. It's not a waste of money to make margarita flavored sups. Margarita Alphamine was great
 
I can't help but think of final fantasy 7 when I read Materia. I was going to pick it up from NP just cuz of the name

The owner is a bitch. Besides, the Little Donut Factory has moved into my warehouse next door to the FSC unit. :)

Not quite as exotic, but 20 times better/fresher.

Best thing about Buckeye Donuts is that they stay fresh for about 3 days. Tim Horton's OTOH, don't even stay fresh until morning when you buy them the night before.
