Hahahha me too, works well for me. Ive been on a constant recomp since i started workin out almost 8 years ago, its worked pretty well thus far.

yup-much better than the yo yo of bulk/cut. unless you are trully dedicated i feel it's wasting time to bulk/cut-i don't have the time neccesary to truly devote myself, so recomp works very well.:bigok:

Got off work early and have time before PT to get in and hammer some middle back and upper chest so thats what im gonna do!!!
 
Didnt think it was possible to sweat so much in such a short amount of time but i was just pouring sweat. Pump kind of lagged today but i felt good nonetheless!

Yea hahaha, ud think id be shredded, but my bf is stubbourn. I gotta update that though as im not using DTP anymore but still, i also take the TTA sparingly as it just kills my workouts.. But Jack3d+1 cap OEP, and 2 caps AlphaT2 this morning had me lookin like i was hosed down hahah
 
Not much time today to workout but still got a good 25 minute back workout in, mind muscle was definately good, contractions were good, and pump was good as well.

Really hammering diet down today as i wanna get lean and stay lean.

Took today off, i will do chest tomorrow and legs thursday most likely. Diets been on lock. I got chosen to log Iforces Adipoxil so i will be creating another thread but will also be annotating how i feel on it in here as well.
 
So ive taken the passed 2 days off. Body needed it. Ill be doing chest tonight and legs tomorrow, or maybe chest and arms tonight, im not sure yet, we will see how i feel when i get in there... Motivation has been really low but im pushing through it.

Yea man me too, resting messes with my head a ton. Start feelin small n flat hahah.. Its ok ill get in there, kill it, do some cardio and abs and be right back on track!!!

Know what you mean. it's funny how the bodybuilder's mind works, it only take the smallest of things to make us start 2nd guessing.
 
Got in and murdered my chest tonight, its actualy still shakin a bit. Great pump for bein on no carbs today great energy, sweat was off the hook. Also got in some leg extensions n ham curls. Did abs and did 50minutes worth of cardio!! Yea buddy, what a way to come back from a couple days off!!
 
Chest is feelin is today from the sick workout yesterday. Got in and hammered arms and some shoulders today. Pump and vascularity was sick even though ive got no carbs in me still. Im thinkin either go a good week/week n a half on no carbs or carb up on sunday, but clean carbs. Im not sure, ill decide when the time comes depending on how i feel i guess.

Its a trade off for me. If i eat carbs my insulin really plays with me and causes really super bad hunger problems. If im knockin down 15-20gms fat at almost every meal i feel full most of the day but energy kinda goes in the ****ter at first. If i keep the carbs i have more energy but like i said am waayyy more hungry during the day, odd but true.

Diets been good. Had a cheat meal this morning then immediately hopped back on the diet.

Gotten pretty familiar with the women who work at the gym i goto and have been dubbed "Muscles" by most of them and one of them deemed it necessary to let me know she likes my look. :bigok: Im not complainin!!!

Anyways i took today off, tomorrow is back in the AM and PT prior to work.

Ill also weigh in tomorrow morning to see what im weighin in at.

Hahah yea i definately will. Not to sure when ill deem this log over or my pics final though. I have the worst time getting good pics with good lighting, gotta play around at the gym or at a buddies house a bit with em.

Weight yesterday morning: 180, this is mainly because of the lack of carbs, the minute i carbup ill add 6-7 lbs onto that im sure.

Well i only know the big cities really, im in Beaufort, dont care for it here but love Hilton Head.

Got in tonight and worked back and pretty much murdered it. Sweat was up as usual and vascularity was pretty darn good as well!

Tomorrow will be chest and some legs i think.

Thats not bad at all. Do you know of any Vitamin Shoppes anywhere near our area? hahah all i have is GNC which selection sucks! I mean i usualy order from nutra but for those times where i just wanna walk in and spend money i like to goto VS lol
 
we have a gnc in sumter, i think myrtle beach has about 5 or 6 different shops to buy supps, by different i mean brand wise
they have a bunch of vs and gnc but then they also have other things

Alright ladies n gents, tonight will be chest n legs. I woke up feelin like the damn man!! Ive also got a photo shoot lined up in about 3 months im super stoked about! Got a couple ideas for it and ill def post the pics here when it happens!

Whats this mean? This means the cut is in full effect, perfect diet, and cardio!!

Just for ****s in giggles, maybe for a portfolio i might start if i feel its worth it. Its got me motivated though which i could use and even more reason to get nice n lean.

Got in tonight and murdered chest, did some abs and did cardio as well. Felt good and felt pretty strong. I need to grab a notebook though and start recording my weights.

Other then that lookin leaner for sure, vascularity is starting to go up and striations are starting to show. Im likin it im likin it.
