IGNITED 2 get the MAX PUMP

It's been so long since I did it any other way I may not be making a fair judgement. I adapted what I felt was the best motion to get the most out of the exercise. The idea is that you keep constant preasure on the muscle and really work negatives hard especially when the weight gets heavier and you positive may not be as well formed.
 
Today's lifts. I'm STILL adding weight and reps. :) Love it! Slowly working back up to all heavy sets on shoulder press. Another week and I should be there. Didn't do shrugs today have a terrible crick in my neck from sleeping wrong last night.

First off looking beastly as always brother!! Not to sound ignorant but what workout are u following?? I like the look of it may want to give it a try time for me to change things up.

Make sure to alternate between flexing and stretching between sets on FST7 to stretch the fascia. Also sip plenty of water or u will cramp up :)

Was chest today with hams since I didn't do them yesterday due to short time. I'm more and more impressed with MAX PUMP and IGNITE by the day. Was extremely pumped today and felt like I could have added some more sets but I didn't wanna over do it cause I haven't had many off days lately. I'm actually getting close to the bottom of my IGNITE but quite a bit more MAX PUMP left since I bought a second bottle to double dose :)

My Max pump should be in this week, I will have 2 bottles so I want time my dosing so I peak at showtime. Like Snags says though it is valuable as a tool to get me through my workouts with good recovery.
 
Eight MAX PUMP uncapped. 1.5 scoops IGNITE. Time to kill back. Going to do some meadows rows today....never tried them before.
 
So MY experience in effectiveness of my MAX PUMP dosages so far best at the top.

4 capped 30 minutes pre 4 uncapped 10mins pre
8 uncapped 30mins pre
4 uncapped 30 mins pre
8 capped 30 mins pre
4 capped 30 mins pre

The top two are very close. Seem to keep my pump longer with the first option though. I guess this is due to the slower release from keeping them capped.

Option three hits harder then option four for me. But pumps don't hold as long.

Option five is good but it's the least obvious of the five. Still very good though.

Honestly option one is my favorite so far but option three would be where I would keep dosage at for cost effectiveness.
 
Thanks for that I may let it build up in my system then start experimenting with dosage.
 
That's what I did. One week of capped thirty minutes pre then tried uncapped, then four capped thirty minutes pre and four uncapped in ignite, then eight uncapped. Four and four is my favorite so far.
 
Today was a good session despite some muscle tweaking that happened. I've decided to go back to four MAX PUMP thirty minutes before workout and four uncapped with IGNITE. I seem to hold my pumps better that way. Tried meadows rows for the first time today......didn't think about stretching my legs before them and I tweaked a glute lol. This hurt my numbers the rest of the session especially on t-bar rows and rack pulls but I did hit a PR on my FST7 set for weight and overall reps. Thank you Finaflex :)

Ok bitches time to kick it up a gear. Basically maximizing overall weight moved during sessions since I've been on the higher end of 8-12 reps the last couple months. First time doing some of these exercises in a while so next session weights will probably go up again. MAX PUMP and IGNITE pre workout. Even with the fewer reps today my arms were freaking swelled up! Those incline curls were murder and I missed reps cause the pumps were so freaking intense lol. IGNITE really came through and kept my aggression up for the heavy lifts and I smashed them. Sadly though....one more day of IGNITE and then it's gone gone. (Taps)

So my last day with IGNITE :( threw some heavy weights around (for the most part) and sent it out with a bang. I'm impressed with my strength and endurance lately. Trying to go heavier and I'm not burning out after my first few lifts like I used too. The MAX PUMP is definitely helping more in this category then I expected. Pumps were down today but that's from the sickness I had yday and lack of food. I've been eating like a mad man and with the increased recovery time and extra reps being thrown out from this stack I haven't added much body fat at all it seems. My breathing hasn't been as labored during sets with those nitrates reducing oxygen expenditure as well. Final review for IGNITE coming soon. Unless snags wants to send me a lifetime supply :)

1) This product was a great source of clean energy/good mood... (4.5)

From the first scoop to the last I had great energy and focus. I found my sweet spot at 1.5 scoops when it's normally 2+ scoops with a lot of pre workouts. It packs a great punch but didn't get over the top with jitters and upset stomach.

2) This product helped me power through my training sessions... (5)

Coupled with MAX PUMP I had great strength and endurance that got better with every use. I was able to kill the heavier weights and keep my focus on the mind muscle contractions nicely.

3) This product enhanced my mental focus... (4)

I didn't get tunnel vision but I did have great drive and clarity in the gym.

4) This product gave me the jitters... (?)

This question sucks lol. NO JITTERS AT ALL! Clean, smooth focus and energy with no crash post workout.

5) This product tasted great... (3)

This was the only part that I didn't love. The taste is decent. Tastes like watermelon, but there is a strange smell that comes along with it. As long as you don't linger over it while drinking its barely noticeable.

6) I really enjoyed this product and would recommend it to friends and family... (4.5)

Despite the smell I would say this is one great pre workout. Focus, strength, energy and aggression were all there. I would also like to add that I experienced some libido boost from the Aminosterone that was subtle (no pun intended) but still noticeable (pun intended :) ). Give this product a shot and I'm sure you will enjoy it as well. Anything I left out feel free to ask.

What I love most about ignite is if you use it just on workout days, you can use it for an extended time and keep the dose level and still get food reaction. I hate when I use a pre-workout and become aclimatized to it's effects. Ignite it gets better with time in many respects.

Well I'm torn. I love me some ConDense.....but I've got this bottle of Enhanced too.....and this tub of Muscle Marinade.....decisions decisions.
 
Oh and a can of animal rage. Yuck. And some Hyde.
 
Unless of course snags seems me a life time supply of IGNITE. That would definitely make my mind up :)
