It would be quite a good stack. It seems like you like AN's stuff, they also have Lipo AM & Lipo PM , but Recreate has some strong supporters. RPM about 45 mins pre-WO, find your timing. Recreate 2 upon waking, and 1-2 in the afternoon, check the FAQ's for more info. IGF-2 Pre-WO if you don't do carbs, and Before bed.
