Would this be a good stack to maintain or put on muscle while losing fat and if so any recomendations on when to take them would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
 
It would be quite a good stack. It seems like you like AN's stuff, they also have Lipo AM & Lipo PM , but Recreate has some strong supporters. RPM about 45 mins pre-WO, find your timing. Recreate 2 upon waking, and 1-2 in the afternoon, check the FAQ's for more info. IGF-2 Pre-WO if you don't do carbs, and Before bed.

RPM is fantastic to give you energy during you workouts. I would recommend picking up some bulk Beta-Alanine and Creatine too. See Invalid Link Removed and Invalid Link Removed Also check out neovar recomped, it is a top-notch creatine product and has some great nutrient repartitioning effects.
 
You are only 17. You are too YOUNG to be using IGF-2. On the note of your age, I wouldn't recommend that you be using any supplements but the basic staples of creatine, multivitamin, and good fats, until you are a bit older (unless you have the years of experience with training, then supplements do NOT need to be utilized), and have more experience with training. You can optimize your gains simply through a proper nutrition and training regime.

I will, however, answer your questions (bear in mind the bold text):

IGF-2 and RPM would be an excellent stack to gain muscle mass, whilst staying relatively lean (diet must also be in check, though!) - i.e. excellent for recomping. Not only will you see muscle gains, but strength as well. (And Recreate will aid in your fat loss). This stack would work extra well if you tossed NeoVar Recomped into the mix.

Timing:
IGF-2 - Dose 1 first thing in the morning, Dose 2 last thing at night before bed.
RPM - Dose 1 ~60-80 minutes pre-resistance session (I find that it does not kick in until ~80 minutes after taking it; but you may have a different 'sweet spot')

You can NOT cut AND bulk at the same time, since the diet required for each is at the OPPOSITE ends of the diet spectrum. You CAN, however, gain muscle and maintain current BF% levels and/or lose some BF (diet must be manipulated for this, though).


Looks good. The IGF-2 and Neovar also seems popular, I plan to run this soon.

The IGF-2/NeoVar Recomped stack is ****ing awesome. You won't be disappointed by this, I tell you!
 
I planning on running the IGF-2/Neovar Recomped my self, maybe with the RPM/Drive aswell.

Set a goal, and then decide the arsenal. Running all four will do wonders for lean muscle gain, staying lean, definition, hardness, strength, endurance, and libido. Go hard, bud.
 
when runnig IGF also take dinivex to free up all that extra test being made, other wise the extra test is not so adequitly used

Divanex is excellent to stack with IGF-2 for gains in muscle and strength, yes :)

Depends on your workout schedule, but I'd say 2 upon waking, and then 1 in the afternoon. Like Guesjn said though, I don't think you need this based on your goals. Use a fat burner like Recreate after you've bulked up some and are going on a 4-week cut phase. It wouldn't be the best use of your money to use it while trying to bulk up, even on a clean bulk.

Also I didn't see you were 17. I'd suggest you trying freeing up your testosterone w/ divanil instead of boosting your already high levels.
