Two pounds of fat in two weeks is great. Good to see that you were able to hold onto your strength. I gotta be careful when I cut because I lose it too easily.

My strength at first usualy goes down a bit as i cut carbs, but it picks back up and usualy stays pretty consistent.

Day 15:

No training today either, i figured id take another rest day and since i have the weekend off get my 2 days in there. We did PT prior to work though, played a nice game of football.

Diet has been on point as well.

This was definately good today and the cayenne made me very red after the football game and this lasted well into the night. Sweating was definately going on as well. Various hot spells were happening too.

Still the shining part of this product, im pretty sure this is going to stay till i am done with the product. The crew ordered pizza and i stayed strong even though i was hungry and it smelled amazing. I have my eye on the prize and goal and i will get there!


So another day is in the books, a couple buddies want to go see a movie and go eat before the movie. So ill probly end up utilizing my carbup day tomorrow. This way i think i can minimize the damage by doing cardio and my workout as well and then double up on cardio sunday along with my training session.
 
Day 16:

Got in today and did work to my arms and to my shoulders, was a pretty good workout. Had a higher carb meal for PWO then usual as this is my carbup day.

I might have 2 cheat meals today, still not completely sure about that. Trying not to, but i get the feeling if i dont get these 2 cravings now, the other will bite me in the ass next week. So id rather work my butt off tomorrow with cardio to make up for today then to ruin a week. Maybe my thinking is flawed idk lol.

Either way it is a carbup and ive been less then 80gms of carbs a day everyday this passed week so i doubt itll really kill it.

I think today is just one of those days for me, im sore because of the football game yesterday, i was all over the field so my knees ache and tendons ache and my back aches, and these cravings are getting to me. But i will push thru it, carbup and be back on the grind!

Yea i didnt realize how sore id be till i was walking around last night and i was like oh my.

My crew has a lot of competitive Staff NCO's so we play a lot of sports and most of the time play football. Well i can run, throw the long ball, and catch very well so i was doing it all hahaha..

Speakin of flag football another crew in our facility put me on there team to play for them, so ill be doing games whenever i have off. Should be fun!!

So i knocked out one of the cravings which was the major one. I dont think im gonna budge on the other one as the other one isnt anywhere near as significant as this one was. So its outa the way. I still of course feel bad for eating it hahah.

I already feel fuller and more vascular though, i like i like.

Day 17:

Nothin crazy to really report today, diets back on lock like it should be. Got to the gym and did some legs and cardio. Weighin in at about 186 after the carbup. The water n extra glycogen should be gone by tomorrow or the next day id say.

This aspect seems to be slowin down a lot, hopefully its just my body adjusting and the fatloss doesnt stop, although even if i wasnt on a fat burning product id still lose weight because of the diet but still.

Still great as far as this aspect goes. Didnt really want to train once i got there but the drive and motivation i recieved from the product pulled me through.

Got in and definately got a good workout in. Sweat was about the same as it has been, nothing crazy, but there slightly. Pump and mind muscle connection was very good tonight.

Day 18:

I will weigh myself tomorrow morning and see what i come up with, i may start weighin myself the day before my carbup, that way we can truly see where im standing.

Slightly lacking like it has been but was a bit better today then previous days. Ill be upping the dose tomorrow to 3-3 to see if this does any good.

Still as good as ever, i seem to really be in a groove now with the diet aspect which is great. Im stoked about that.

Tomorrow i will be going to the 3 am 3 mid afternoon prior to my workout dosing. We will see what this does or doesnt do for me. Its not a bad product so far, i feel it would be better stacked with something, something a bit stronger in the stim dept.

Tomorrow i have PT after work again and will be hitting chest and then more cardio after that. Trying to melt this fat off!!
 
I haven't tried the 3-3 yet but like the sound of it. Interested to see how it works for you and if you feel more from it.
 
cool yea i hope it does. you may just have a higher tolerance, because Mjolnir says its still very suppressive and you guys started at the same time. hope the extra cap helps bring it back!

I definately have a high tolerance. Many people i know for example, when they take geranium based products cant eat for a good bit, i take a geranium product and can slam down food like i hadnt taken it. Stim tolerance is definately up there.

Day 19

So today i upped the dose to 3 caps am and 3 caps mid-afternoon. I didnt train today, my body just felt like crap, definately needed a rest day even though i still played football in boots and uts for PT. Just means ill wake up and go murder my chest in the morning tomorrow.

Definately felt this more then previous days which i directly attribute to the increase in dosage. The place i work is on n off with how cold they keep the room, today it was pretty chilly n while others had sweaters on i felt only slightly chilled. Then during the PT session today i soaked my undershirt and trousers with sweat even though it wasnt to terribly hot out today, so nice increase on this part.

A couple notches more then a nice little pick me up but nothing overwhelming, just felt good.

Love this part of the product. I had to go on a breakfast run this morning for my fellow Marines and i picked up bfast burritos and sausage egg n cheese muffins and i didnt even blink twice. I was also offered Moes today and had not a problem saying no. Im in the groove and im killin it right now!


So overall it was a good day. Work was a bit frustrating today but i kept a good outlook and my mood stayed positive, diet was on point and will continue to stay that way! I will be shredded for this shoot!
 
Looks like even though you didn't workout, u noticed quite an increase. Don't worry about those off days bro, we all have those.
 
Day 20:

Took my dose and ate breakfast, just wasnt in the groove to workout today, was tired and just wasnt with it but i got in and did what i was supposed to do! Did chest, although it wasnt as good as i wanted it to be or as intense i was under time constraints, but i still got in the workout so hey. No cardio today as i didnt have time.

Didnt sweat much at all during the workout but like i said i just wasnt in it today so i dont attribute it to the Adipoxil because later in the day i noticed a nice heat wave. I also was thirsty all day which i directly attribute to adipoxil.

Definately increased over the 2-2 dosage, heat is there moreso and i was just thirsty all day.

Lovin this aspect, just cant say enough good things about this part. They ordered pizza tonight at the facility and i sat there and ate my meal while they chowed down on fatty mcpatty food!!

So overall today my **** was in the dirt when it came to training but i got the job done, not as good as i wanted to but done nonetheless.

If i can get up at a halfway decent time i may work legs prior to PT. I also plan to weigh myself friday morning which is the morning prior to my carbup.

Day 21:

No training today, just didnt have enough time nor was i feeling legs.. Not sure whats been up with me lately, but ive learned to listen to my body while dieting, so i just got in and did some cardio.

Yesterday they ordered pizza..i didnt touch it...today they send me to grab them firehouse..didnt get any. On a roll and diets on friggin point! Its definately showing too, leanin up pretty nice here.

Surprisingly during cardio this wasnt to apparent, but after i took my second dose i was just consistently hott and thirsty. I was lovin it.

Ok so i think my estimate on bf was a little low, i wanna say now i was like 14-15% because while i am much leaner now there is no way im 10%, more like 12% now. I will edit my first post to reflect these changes.

Weight: 178.8 = -5.5 lbs total

Diets in overdrive and so is Adipoxil! Cant complain about that 5.5lbs lost in 21.5 days. Definately happy with that!

Ill update later with my usual updates!
 
Day 22:

So today went as planned, got in and murdered legs early afternoon and did some abs, no cardio though. Then went back tonight and did shoulders and cardio and obliques.

Diet is still on point although i can feel the need for the carbup coming. Slowly but surely draining lol.

Day 23:

Woke up this morning and had about 55gms of carbs along with my other macros and the proceeded to scrimmage another team with my flag football teammates. Ill just say it was 7 on 10 and we completely dominated.

Got in and did work in the gym too. Then on my way home grabbed m cheat meal/carbup.

Pre-carbup- 178.8
After carbup- 183.0

The carbup was much needed, not that im really dragging that much as ive gotten used to the lowercarbs and actualy enjoy it, but my legs were beat and so was my middle back from the dead lifts on leg day.

Anyways heres how it went

This was very apparent today, it wasnt very humid outside and the heat wasnt that bad but i soaked my beater and all the way to my outside shirt with sweat. I was also sweating a good bit while eating my carbup meal.

I was all over the field this morning, 3 touchdown passes, 3 touchdown catches, 4 interceptions, cant beat that! Needless to say energy was on full blast!

Appetite Suppression:7/10
This actualy wasnt to bad today, couldnt eat as much as i usualy do, but still put away a good amount of carbs.

So as we can see another great day, im amped to get back on the diet though and just dominate week 4. Question is..what to use after adipoxil..hhmm tis the question to be answered!!

Not much went on today, i did NOT sleep well last night so needless to say i took a huge nap today after work, no workout or cardio was planned. Played football with the crew while we were at work so i go some cardio in there. Appetite first part of the day was nill, but the later half has just been rediculous.

Surprisingly i look forward to this meal the most. It fills me up the most because of the variety and doesnt taste bad at all. I made the mistake last night of putting honey dijon mustard on my eggs instead of the regular sugar free honey mustard, that was DISGUSTING. lol
 
Day 25:


Diet was on lock today, of course!!! Had PT after work, we just played some football, played all time safety, had 2 picks so not a great day but not a bad day either.

Got in the gym and hit back and abs and more cardio!

Sweat was up during each cardio/training session. Vascularity was pretty decent as well. I dont notice much of a heat wave if im not doing physical activity though, which is no biggie, fat is still comin off!

Energy:7.5/10
Still a decent pick me up, nice euphoric affect to it. The cayenne still gets to me here n there.

Appetite Suppression: 7/10
If i go longer then about 2.5 hours i get ravenously hungry. Thank god im locked on or id be doin bad things to my diet! hahah

Still the most effective part of this product for me, really has helped me push through the hard parts, especially when i wake up from a nap and im ravenously hungry, i get my ass outa bed and grab my meal, none of this weak BS, im dialed in!

So overall as you can see everythings going well, diet is completely dialed in and training is on lock. Things are lookin good for sure.

It wasnt so much as it was to much, but when i take to much yohimbe i get spacey headed an dont think, same thing happened.

Ive got one more day left and ill be done. Tomorrow or the day after ill take my weight and get some afters for you guys along with the final review. Today i did not lift, just played football for PT with the crew.

Today has been a busy day and long day at that, late stay at work tonight. Hunger is getting pretty rediculous at times, had to sit through people eating taco bell and chinese food tonight but i of course didnt budge. Tomorrow will be low carb legs, NOT looking forward to this at all but ill get the job done!
 
I wouldnt be able to do 4 caps at once man. Not because I couldnt handle it, but because I know that later in the day I would just crash from having absolutely no energy and no pick-me-up.

I didnt crash at all and usualy dont ever crash from a stim. Ive never had those problems. The two additional caps were like a booster though, after the initial spacey headed feeling i felt good with the two additional caps.

Weight in the morning is sitting around 177-179, at night its usualy 180-181. Significantly leaner though.
 
Day 28 (Last Day)

Today was the last day of my adipoxil run, it was a great run with awesome results. I was supposed to work legs today but thought i had a flag football game, so i was going to move it to tomorrow, so i got in and killed arms. Come to find out no flag football game. Thats ok though, ill just work legs tomorrow. Got in and did some cardio tonight as well.

Today went well, only two more days until my carbup. I think i may add in more carbs this time as well, i hit my regular weight to quick each week. So i may add in more carbs, im not sure yet.

Anyways ill take some pictures tomorrow morning and give a final weight and make a final review for the product.
 
Final weight this morning prior to my carbup meal:

175.4

Starting weight was 184.3-175.4= -8.9lbs

Starting BF%: 14%

Ending BF%: 11%

The body fat is a complete guestimate but i lost considerable amount of bf, even from the beginning when i had a complete crap weekend. I am very pleased with this product and the run.

Once i increased the dosage this was more noticeable. It was never overpowering unless i was doing cardio outside and it was very humid. Other then that i would just sweat more, get more vascular, and turn a bit red.

Energy: 8/10
A good pick me up for sure at the 3-3 dosing scheme. Clean energy and not a dirty stimmed out feeling, good aspect of the product.

This didnt really affect my appetite at all, was still able to eat all of my food with no problems and was noticeably hungry all day.

This was my most favorite part of this product, the focus it gave me was amazing and pushed me through some of the tough times the first few weeks of the diet because i had the goal in sight and kept that in mind the whole time.

Recomposition:9/10
Definately dropped a good bit of fat on this product, if i added any muscle mass itd be in my legs but i dont think i did, with the way my diet is formulated gaining mass isnt really gonna happen.

Muscle Preservation: 9/10
As far as i can tell no muscle mass was lost, if i did lose some it was very miniscule because i cant see it. Usualy my upperchest is where i lose muscle from first when i cut, not so much this time!


Overall: 8.5/10
I really enjoyed this product and it helped me drop a lot of bf in a short period of time without losing any muscle mass, or so it seems. I look just as big as i did before. The focus on this product really helped keep my diet in check the first couple of weeks when its really hard.
Would i recommend this product to other people? Yes without a doubt


Im waiting for the pics to show up in my email, they arent the best and it may be hard to see the results, but im telling you from my view the results are huge. The side view is what will give it away the most. Once the pics show up, or if they dont ill upload them, ill post those bad boys up.

I wanna give a big thanks to iForce for letting me test this product, i was very impressed with it and would definately use it again.

Idk how to put the pics side by side or put before and after but im pretty sure you can differentiate which is before and after in the side picture. Ill put that one up as that one is the most considerable. Lighting is different yes, but you still can see the big change.
