On my grind
Two pounds of fat in two weeks is great. Good to see that you were able to hold onto your strength. I gotta be careful when I cut because I lose it too easily.
My strength at first usualy goes down a bit as i cut carbs, but it picks back up and usualy stays pretty consistent.
Day 15:
No training today either, i figured id take another rest day and since i have the weekend off get my 2 days in there. We did PT prior to work though, played a nice game of football.
Diet has been on point as well.
Thermo Effect:8/10
This was definately good today and the cayenne made me very red after the football game and this lasted well into the night. Sweating was definately going on as well. Various hot spells were happening too.
Energy:7/10
Nice little pick me up like usual
Appetite Suppression:6/10
Nothing really to note here, same as usual.
Focus:9/10
Still the shining part of this product, im pretty sure this is going to stay till i am done with the product. The crew ordered pizza and i stayed strong even though i was hungry and it smelled amazing. I have my eye on the prize and goal and i will get there!
So another day is in the books, a couple buddies want to go see a movie and go eat before the movie. So ill probly end up utilizing my carbup day tomorrow. This way i think i can minimize the damage by doing cardio and my workout as well and then double up on cardio sunday along with my training session.
