I'm not sure of weight anymore. I know I'd like my arm measurement to get back up to 20''. Keep my waist smaller than 32''. Get my forearms up to 17'' wich I've never done before. I don't even think about my lower body because it grows so easily. I'm guessing at my height a lean 230-240 lbs would put me where I want to be.
 
Honestly, mine would be more 190ish at 8% instead of 200. I can stay at 8% without any cardio naturally; so no biggie. My bones and frame are small; so if I was 190 (I'm 170 now) I think I'd look halfway decent.
 
Right now at 18 im 5'7, 180, 10% bf, maybe a little less. Sometime in my life i'd like to reach 220 with less than 8% bodyfat, I think that'd look pretty good.

I'm willing to bet that if you asked a random sample of 'normal people', they would all say you're huge. People have told me I am, and that is just laughable (for now :twisted: )

This phenomena is definitely there. Judging size is highly subjective. I definitely thought I'd be jacked at 180 and lean :toofunny:

That being said, I would not try to get over 215-220. Probably more like 210 and ripped. I'd rather focus on aesthetics and stay repectably lean, which is very difficult when going for large amounts of mass.

Alot of guys really aren't looking to be huge.
 
i'm just under 5'7" and have been as good as 170 6% bf,

I feel short, so I would like to be about 5'9 190 8%

I think your exactly right, bro. Let me give an example. There's this guy in BJJ named Jacare. He's a world champ in jiujitsu and grappling. He's 6'1 and about 190. Now to us he's small. But to many of the ladies in BJJ he's a walking physical god. And the press is always writing about his physique and how amazing he looks.
I think the best physique's are the ones that are thick, but lean, and are easily maintainable. I mean what happens when you are older and married? How easy is it to get 8 meals a day in the perfect ratio's? Hmmm? Or get to the gym 5-6 days a week? What happens when you've spent enough money to by an Audi on your 260lbs + when you can't do it anymore? When you go from your 260llbs to 210lbs? I hear that it is the most deppressing time in a lot of guys lives. Screew that! i would rather be a happy 190-195lbs, which is easy for me to maintain then 235lbs LEAN which I have to eat a **** load of food a day and probably take some heavy anabolics.

You feel short? I'm 5'4", now that's short.:blink: Right now I'm around 180 with 15-16% bodyfat.

I wouldn't mind being 170-175 at around 8% bodyfat.

COLD I can tell you how I got to 8% - 6 meals a day, all white fish (6-8 oz) and sweet potato (4-6oz), and some salad - all you want of that. Cardio - treadmill 45 min in the morning at 15 degrees at 3.5 mph, same at night after your workout with weights. workout 4-5 nights a week, high reps 10 or so, with less than 1 min rest. Take BCAAs before exercise so you burn fat and not muscle. I like CLA, Lean out and 7-keto to help you burn fat. In 10 weeks you will be 8% or less. It is not easy, but I thought I would give you something to think about.
 
I am 6' 1'' 190 lbs, @ 8 %. I am going to run a 3 week SD cycle in one week, and my goal is to be around 200 lbs 7 %. I am eating super clean right now so we will see how it goes. I will be starting a log very soon, and will put the link up shortly if anyone is interested.

Sorry to HI Jack this thread guys, but this is my first cycle of anything do expect big gains :)

120 isnt bad at all, heck i weigh 120 sometimes....

Thanks for the advice bro.:thumbsup: I may give that diet a try. At the moment I'm not sure if I want to cut or not. Everytime I cut I always feel weak and skinny.

Yes I have heard of that. I don't think I have it I am just no big enough and cut enough. :icon_lol:

Oh, and in the offseason, I'd like to hover around 10% bodyfat (lower if I can manage) and optimally I'd like to work my way up to 260 or 270. I'm thinking like 240-250 in contest and contest conditioning to be as low bodyfat as humanly possible. Like Dexter Jackson level of conditioning. Darrem Charles level of conditioning.

I'm 5'6" btw. hehe.

So basically I want to be like a short Markus Ruhl. But more symmetrical. Gosh that's gonna be a lot of work to get there.
 
I still think the poll options are funny. I mean there is absolutely no middle ground. I either have to be tiny and cut, or HUGE and fat.

I agree that the poll options are funny - without a Height rating, they do not mean much. For example, 200lbs at 10% bf looks much better at 5'7" than my height 5'11"
 
6'2 ish and 225 with some decent upper and slightly less visible lower abs (caliper's say 10 but I wonder after talking to Glenihan)

By late august I'd like to be the same height, which I think I can definitely do. As for weight 240-250 and the same or lower % bodyfat will be great.

Im 6'6 id be happy with 225 @ 10%bf. Sh*t its hard right now to put on weight i broke my hand so lost alot of gains then now im broke so its hard for groceries for the rest of the month.
 
I am 5"11 and was 180 at 6.65% - but then carbed up for a contest and stopped water - went to 174lbs, ripped. But I do not think that changes Body fat %. It seems that no matter what it is hard to loose fat and gain muscle at the same time. The trick is to slowly focus on one or the other - fast gains are fat, fast losses take too much muscle. good luck to all.
 
My mind wants me to be 300@ 12%. My heart wants me to be healthy for my family, probably closer to 220-230 or so.

5'7, 400 pounds, 5% bodyfat. I'm waiting for genetic engineering to remove this mysostatin nonsense... And also splice my DNA with that of a silverback gorilla.
 
I am glad we are stating Body Fat % - otherwise this would be easy - I have been down to 6.5% at 175lbs. Now at 12.5% at 205. I would simply like to switch the #s: 205 at 6.5%.
