Don't mail anyone money for what you can have for free. Just do a lot of reading and you'll eventually pick up on all this stuff and be able to make your own workout and diet plans. It's fairly simple stuff to learn; everything is based on principles. Once you learn the basic principles, you're good to go. Just use the search function and the internet to learn. Check out article databases and whatnot.
The best thing to do is to tailor a workout and diet plan that is right for YOU, but you have to learn how to do that best. Learn from the ground up.
I know that's really general information, but it's the truth. Start reading some articles about what you want to know, and when you start learning about something you don't know about, research the hell out of it using databases and Google. It's work, but it should be fun too, and if you want to know this stuff, that's the way to do it. Trust me, you can get a degree's worth of exercise science information on the internet for free if you look for it.
