Oh yeah! One of my gyms doesn't say anything about grunting, or yelling and you can use chalk too. Not too bad but I only get to go there on some weekends.

I love my gym for this reason.

I dunno Kleen, we got a pretty damn good workout with just your squat rack and a couple dumbbells.

p - You are a freaking monster. Your numbers after coming back to the gym still shame my best days.
 
Yeah, I cleaned it out more this weekend. By next week we will be back in the 80 degrees days and I will be loving the garage. I am going to get 4 more 45s, and a few more 10's and 5's. Someday I want to get a Power Block set of dumbbells, until then I will get some more 25 lb weights so I can go heavier on dumbbell movements in there. Have some 150's up in there in case Big P or TG comes over to lift. LOL

Still a killer workout man!
 
She's out of the hospital but on some heavy duty medication while also receiving chemo treatments. She came within 12 hours of almost dying but she's a fighter and managed to make it through. She's my hero and every day i wake up thankful to have her around!

P.S. Update will be done first thing in the morning. Kick ass shoulders and triceps workout and yes the numbers are sick. Finally!!!!

Shoulders / Triceps

Clean Presses 135x5 / 165x5 / 195x5 (Man do i ever love these!)

Dumbbell Laterals 30x10 / 35x10 / 40x8 w/ dropset 20x16 (My shoulders were on fire after this)

Incline Dumbbell Rear Laterals 15x10 / 20x8 / 25x6 w/ dropset 10x12

Front Dumbbell Raises 25x10 / 35x10 / 45x7

French Presses 100x10 / 120x8 / 140x6 w/ dropset 70x12 (This tells me my strength is on it's way back)

One Arm Reverse Grip Pressdowns 30x10 / 35x10 / 40x10

Strength: My strength was through the damn roof yesterday plain & simple!

Stamina: I felt like this workout could have kept going as my strength never seemed to slow down.

Pumps: The shoulder pumps were excruciatingly painful but i loved. My triceps also blew up like no other as well.

Focus: It was definitely an eyes on the prize kind of workout as the numbers clearly show.

Mood: I've been in a great mood for the last few days while also being able to switch into ultra aggressive mode when it's time to hit the gym!

Libido: It's definitely been up and i've been waking up to good old morning wood each day!

Overall: Yesterdays workout kicked ass! I'll be taking today off as i have stuff to tend to at home but i will be rocking legs tomorrow morning! I have my fingers crossed that my strength will continue to return as it was fun to toss around some heavy weight again.

Notes:
- i did this workout at the last minute with one of my friends from the gym....It wasn't ultra heavy sets but it definitely destroyed my legs and glutes like no other.
- didn't run anything pre-workout today as this workout wasn't planned, I was just in the gym to train clients
- will return to the gym tomorrow to trash back with a new training partner, pretty pumped to have a spotter again

With the numbers you toss around a spotter is a very good thing to have.

It foams up a bit but it tastes good and mixes well.

Notes:
- Alpha Male workout today!!! Weights just felt light and i was as confident as i've been in a long time.
- pumps from the FST training, just blew my muscles up like balloons
- loving the fact that i can train without pain once again
- physique seems to going through a bit of a recomp, the look and feel alot fuller and rounder

I agree it might be. Personally the icariin 40 % in Stoked inhibits pde-5 very well for myself. and O God The perform made me staying up too long and being too horny. It super works
 
Body fat has been staying under control. Abs are still semi visible!

I think a break from a t-boost is a good thing. I was poking fun at you telling you to throw is some TestoPRO as some people have called the Perform/Stoked/TestoPRO as the JAIL STACK. LOL!!!

thats the way I see it to if you saw my smith squat video in my log Ill look for it right now and actually easier on the knees if done right and not bounced at of the bottom

As long as you break 90 it's all good, a lot depends on your stance too. A guy with a wider stance is going to get better quad stimulation as he will engage the quads earlier in the lift. Now lower squats do work more hamstring but that's never an issue with front squats. It's all about contraction and there are a lot of ways to skin that cat...
 
Agreed Dream! Getting my legs to grow has never really been an issue for me actually. The two body parts that have always been slow to grow are arms and chest.

Yah my legs are not my best part I'll admit. My sons however are like 30 inches. When were trained him for football they didn't want him even breaking 90 but when you have good genetics in the legs they will grow anyway. I just got him back in the gym recently, got him doing high reps to get back into shape he was doning 275 for 15 reps, but he's like 270. I'll have him over 600 in the next couple months. I want to get him doing 5/3/1 training.
