I NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT

I leave for Marine Corp Boot Camp in 80 days. I was told i need to lose at least 5 lbs to be safe and 10lbs to be ahead. I do not want to take any supplements. I am working on getting used to not having any supps. I am in need of a diet that will work to help me lose this weight. I know its not much weight to lose, but if anyone could help me with some sort of exercise program with less weight and more reps. I run 3 to 4 days a week, and the running is no problem for me.

I'm just cutting for fun and losing weight to get into a lower weight category for my racing. This is what I've done over the last 2 months and I still have one month to go. So far I've lost 4Kg in 4 weeks. I'm in the UK and know kg better than lbs but I'll do my best to help. 1KG = 2.2lbs. So I've lost about 8lbs so far.

100g = 3.5oz

I'm not saying do this but this is what I did. I've gone form about 86KG to 82Kg, target is 80Kg. Then going to bulk over the winter. Since your a fair bit bigger you'd probably need to add in an extra meal some where and maybe increase the extra whey with the meals during the day to 40g.

7am 100g Oats, 40g Whey Protein (I blend the oats and just mix it in with the protein powder)

10:30am 250g Chicken (about 1 chicken breast) + Brocolli

1pm 250g Chicken + 200g Sweet potato + 20g Whey Protein

4pm 250g Chicken + 200g Sweet potato + 20g Whey Protein

I workout 5:30-7pm Weights + CV

7pm Post workout shake

9pm 250g Chicken + 100g Brown Rice

11pm 2 scoops protein

On days I don't work out. at 7pm I have 6 eggs, but only 2 eggs yolks with 50g oats.

Then at 11pm 250g Chicken with Brocolli

Hope this helps

You're easily going to lose 5-10lb in 80 days no worries.
