If one's diet, rest, and training were in check, would this be fine to run during a recomp to help minimize fat gains? I have been successfully recomping, but came across this for a pretty good price so I was thinking about adding it. I've read it aids in protein synthesis too which would help during a recomp

I like it for recomping. Well I really like any 3,3/3,5 dii product. It makes your body process nutrients faster. Increase thyroid function to burn fat and build muscle faster. IMO it can be used in either a bulk or cut provided diet is in order. I don't see why it wouldn't work for a recomp. I'm running it now at 4 caps a day on my mdrol cycle and I'm up in weight and keeping pretty lean. :)
 
def.. its best use is in a recomp imo as it increases your metabolic rate, but at the same time can increase protein synthesis.

How is 3,5 compared to 3,3 like say SHIFT to TT33?
3,5 is suppressive? This stuff confuses crap outta me

This has both 3,3 and 3,5. As far as I've experienced I can't say it was suppressive to me. I have no literature to back my claim but I took it for up to 8 weeks I believe. Even double dosed a few weeks. All I know is it worked and is a great price :)
 
Both are great but for stim free choice of the 2...work out best one to use pre bed with bulk GABA and melatonin and 5hTP.

What mixture is better?
150mcg 3,3
Or
100 mcg 3,3 and 50mcg 3,5?
 
3,5 is more potent than 3,3' but cannot be dosed as high due to potential shutdown in HUGE doses. The mix of 3,3' and 3,5 is the most effective way to dose the two to maximize fat loss while minimizing side effects.

OP, for a recomp, id say 3-4 caps a day would be just fine....ive always used 4 during recomps and loved it...and believe it or not, i'll dose anywhere from 6-8 caps a day during a full blown cut :p

damn, 6-8 lol. I thought I was dosing it high at 4 caps per day and i'm in contest prep mode

4 weeks or 8 at 3 a day?

to 7dhea or not 7dhea?

Anyone else feel tired? Could it be taken at the end of the day to avoid the daytime tiredness?
Really relying on my pre workout to get me lifting!

Not use TT-33 before your workout will put you in catabolic state wich is normal with this compounds

Srs? Never knew that. I always have taken double before workout lol. Stop?
 
I took 3 in the morning and one before bed.... I sweated all night lol

I may have to take a morning big dose to get over the tiredness by workout time (6pm)

Is it the 3,3 or the 3,5 (or both) that would do that? I was taking AT2 before my lifts and they weren't nearly as good, wonder if this was why
 
lifts were lame for me last night too, strugglign with half the reps i normally do, and had to take double the pre workout dosage

I think its just general exhaustion that causes the bad performance.
