Yes if anything I am going to do low rep on all of my back days.... I finally got my back sore, and in my experience I need soreness to grow. It was crazy man all friday and even at waking up this morn my back was a little sore not like back ache but muscle sore and it was amazing... I feel a little dumb for the key being right in front of me but oh well gotta start somewhere, and my backs bout ta get crazy big son!!

thanks bro, i can tell in my arms, and the chest is a little more defined i wish i would of took the pic with better lighting because the most part that seems defined is the top of the right pec and it is the most whited out in the pic

i have also lost some fat on the hips glutes area


UPDATE: Im loosing strength in my favorite lift, im not sure if its the fat loss or the clean dieting thats causing it
but my max bench has probably went down about 10 pounds, of course i hit 275 with spotter
i havent had a spotter for 3 weeks
as soon as i get one ill recheck this

To be honest gamer no tingle for me
But its harder for me to get sore I'm doing push ups like crazy
Trying to get my chest sore on top of the work outs
Its crazy
Def gonna order some htx for the winter season ima get my bulk up and get some real powerlifting going

bench pressing:
keep about 4 or so inches free inbetween the bar and your chest.
im saying this because when that bar hits your chest your pecs are disengaged and your anterior delts come more into play, keep the bench for the chest dude. your rockin it.

i worked on my form on my bench for about a year before i found what worked best for me, you cant really see in the vid but im not letting it hit my chest really like the bounce technique im actually bracing my self before it comes to my chest and letting it almost touch, it really stretches out the muscle.
of course when i did the thing where i was bringing it almost to my chest and not all the way down i could bench more weight more times but everyone was telling me i need to bring it all the way down and im building with bad form so i readjusted maybe i should started bringing it almost down bro it would shoot my numbers up thats for sure

I love Japanese food! It's just (usually) so damn expensive, but Thai food might take the cake on price. The average Pad Thai noodle plate in SoCal is $12.00. Best ish in the world, but damn, can't afford that when you're po pimp'n.

damnnn 12 bucks? i pay like 5.95 for teryaki chicken yaki soba
of course its a sweet spot the buildings really small and your not really paying for a qaulity place to sit
but the food is amazing it taste the same as the kobe's down the road where they also charge 12 bucks a plate man
but yes i love japanese food
not the imitators though who will have japanese steakhouse written on their sign and its like chinese buffet on the inside i hate getting tricked like that

oh yes haha, the hyperextensions were really killer, its been so long since ive done them and i dont have a bench or machine that can support me so i need someone to hold down my legs when i do them hince the time lapse between my last bout with these but they got my lower back so tight i feel like im walking funny today and i have to keep checking my self lol

and i love the bb rows i totally forgot to add the other thing i did mainly because i DONT know the name
but its where you put alot of weight on one end of the bar and bend over and bring the bar to your head kinda and bring it back down but its really explosive

i wanna gain size and be lean, im not lean now no way near it, other people close to me disagree with me but ive been in wayyyy better shape that i am now .... but im close to getting it back soooo close
