Hyde’s Strength Odyssey

Gotcha. I knew it was one or the other. So far I’ve enjoyed USPA. Haven’t had a bad experience as of yet.
Essentially most of the Midwest defected from the USPA over politics concerning background checks on officials.But I competed basically entirely in the USPA for nearly a decade. It was THE fed for serious untested lifting.
 
Man I just now got to download and watch the video, it is so much more epic than even reading about it. I found myself holding my breath at times even though I knew the outcome. Also, you sound a lot like me. "Go Bad Ass!" "Break her!" SO awesome man. Like watching a damn good fight you are invested in. I loved it and seeing her so elated when she won! Congrats to both of you, you are quite the team, and your success plays off of each other.

Also, her back and shoulders are awesome, and so powerful looking. Legs too obviously, but you could really see the back muscles working!

Thank you; her nickname in the sport prior to meeting me even was “Badass” sandwiched between her first & last name. So it’s a moniker she’s identified with for 12+ years.

Yeah you can definitely tell she has been carrying & pressing a lot of heavy stuff for a really long time!

Took my first 2iu of GH before training today, along with 500 carnitine. I train fasted on weekday mornings right now, so easy fatloss opportunity.

AMRAP wasn’t as strong as I’d have liked this week, but I pressed rep 5 out towards my feet & consequently wasted too much gas to warrant attempting a 6th rep. That being said, all my doubles were easy & everything else felt stronger this week.

Also, 30mg of Tren E is still enough to make a positive influence on your bedroom life 🤠

Are you doing 30mgs of Tren E per week? How’s your mood? I know you said Tren ace on a daily schedule can get you a little pissy over 15mgs lol.

Yep. Was snappy first 2 days of bumping gear up last week, then felt really good since - almost calming, honestly.

Tren E will build up to much higher blood levels on much less total mg - 30mg E weekly is like taking 70/wk of Ace as far as peak blood concentration, after a few weeks. And the dose they use in cattle to retain muscle while starving averaged over time & converted to human equivalent dose for a 200lb bodybuilder is only ~22mg/wk. So it should do what I need most at this very low dose.

This week will be:

280 test e / 180 mast p / 60 deca / 30 tren e

That looks like a good low dose blast. When do you or are you going to bump the dosage in conjunction with your upcoming meet? I know you’re cutting weight to get to the 100kg class.

Also do you ever run your mast and an equal ratio to test or do you do better with it under like you’re running it now?

I usually make small adjustments very frequently to my stack as a prep progresses - but especially at the beginning to get things dialed in, and the end to peak. I usually mix up my oil for just 2 weeks at a time to administer daily/eod with slinpins.

Gotta be careful with what and how much I take, because I need to get bodyweight down & steroids generally increase that - muscle RETENTION is the priority over total. I want a better base composition to grow from later.

I don’t think I intend to increase oils much beyond 600/wk. Mainly just switching Mast from P to E next week & getting that dose dialed in relative to my test/deca estrogen burden. Might adjust tren at some point. But total dosage will hopefully double via orals eventually on this run (since appetite isn’t so necessary).

Planning to add 50mg Anavar somewhere between 4-7 weeks out. Possibly with 40mg Tbol during peaking block. Might add 10-20mg Halotestin week of comp, depending on how that tests out on a few peaking circamax sessions. Never used Halo before, but this cut is an ideal scenario instead of Anadrol. Should see highest total dosages between 1,000-1,250mg around 4 weeks out.

Forgot to add, ratios are BS for gear dosing. At 1:1 test:mast, I’m probably getting injured at 100-200mg each from dryness, while 600:600 I’m basically a water buffalo. Aromatization of test to estro isn’t linear; it increases with excess testosterone. So at low test doses I can’t run much mast because I’ll get too dry, but eventually I could run more mast than test if I took enough test (and wanted to go bald for some reason).

It’s test you really want; definitely sheds more PER MILLIGRAM than mast & you’ll get big AF. However, because mast is weaker, some people take a ton instead, then get surprised when they are shedding. Because total amount still matters on an individual level 😝

My head so far has proved pretty resistant to MPB, but I'm sure there's a dose somewhere that'll turn me into the Rock.
