I am really feeling & loving the trest & tren in training! Seeing a huge increase in my capacity to tolerate greater workload. Part of that is also the large increase in food, as well as making the mental decision to really go after something full tilt, but these drugs really compliment this scenario.

We were just DMing about my upcoming TD trest, trenavar and oral ment cycle and I had no idea you were running trest and tren, is this the first time for you with this combo? I have a lot of hopes for it. Liking it so far? I'm guessing you are pinning tren though and not using trendione, but still similar enough with the trest and all. You are a beast man, keep it up.

Yeah, in 12 years of steroid use I’ve never cycled actual injectable tren, only the trendione oral a couple times, and some tren base as a preWO some during a peaking cycle. And some oral and nasal Mtren also just at competitions or peaking sessions, but that’s an entirely different active steroid.

I’ve also only ever used Trest Ace for about 4 weeks at 5-15mg, with something like 180-210/120-200 test/primo.

So far, liking the even lower testosterone in this scenario. With the primo frontload I have only needed to take 12.5mg Exemestane once, besides my DIM & P5P twice a day.

Awesome man, primo, my favorite. Love the side free benefits, estro control and the unique roundish look it gives muscles. What concentration is it? Good old primo PIP? Haha. I used to run between 400mg to 1 gram of primo a week along with 300mg test E or so. Painful workouts the entire cycle solely because of the 200mg/ml primo E I was using.

Well, I thought 200mg/ml Primo E into the delt PIP was bad, until I injected an ML of 100mg/ml primo ace. Literally the most painful injection I’ve done and I can put up with some pain.

Regardless, interested to see how the trest/tren/primo/test works out. Sounds like a serious but smart cycle.

200mg/ml of Primo E. PIP is there as expected, but it’s acceptable - just doing a single 2.5cc shot weekly for 4 weeks in glutes or vg, so I can ignore it. I roidtested this batch previously and it’s legit.

Honestly, putting 60mg test e subq e3d in glute fat has worse PIP, but it definitely slows the release for more of a background application. So I put it IM today in my preWO Trest/Tren syringe to dodge that bullet

Damn man, injecting 500mg of the primo in one go? For 4 weeks? What’s your opinion on the whole “it takes a long time to primo to shine argument”? just to throw this out there, when I was pinning primo and test, I bought a 60 tab bag of 50mg oral primo ace. I took 200mg pre workout since I already had 800 of primo E IM in my system. My thinking was, being acetate I could potentially take advantage of the short half life for a pre workout and to enhance the primo.

As far as orals, I’ve taken Dbol, Anavar, Anadrol (the best, sorry), tbol, oral primo ace, superdrol, real halotestin, proviron, among others. Believe me when I tell you that 200mg a day of primo ace shut me down harder than anything I’ve ever taken. My nuts were the size of raisins, afraid of losing the bastards like they were gonna go into my stomach 😂


I know it’s the glute but that has gotta be a pain. Most I did was 2ml in each delt (my delts and traps are large with wide shoulders, so even if I don’t have a ton of muscle at the time, there is enough space in there for 2ml each and I did it to frontload 800mg the first day of my cycle. My ass was not going near my workout equipment the next day, especially upper body.

I’m surprised to hear the subq test injection of 60mg is worse, there was a time where I only had access to 6mm needles and I ended up injecting my whole weekly dose of test subq, it didn’t really hurt too much but it felt like a lot of pressure, got in a hot shower and massages it until it was essentially flat and it did wonders for the PIP. I used to inject superdrol subq as well but it was nothing like test subq.

I have one vial of primo, so just using it up for the low-side anabolism & extra collagen synthesis to help prevent injury (I don’t have EQ on hand and don’t want to use Deca with Trest & Tren). The testosterone is just in to maintain well-being & basic functions. All the horsepower will be driven immediately by the pair of aces, with some preWO orals coming soon likely.

You know your **** way better than I do and I know your experience is lightyears ahead, but I've ran primo for the past 3-4 years in cycles of 12-16 weeks and the strength gains were always minimal, did you choose the primo because it's a safer roid that will still get your RBC up? Maybe does wonders for stamina? I know it does wonders for aesthetics the longer you run it.

As far as my strength per compound goes, turinabol for strength and endurance and anadrol for massive strength, even more so than dbol or superdrol for me. How do you respond to halotestin? I took that as a pre workout for a PST when I was transitioning units at work, also took soome of that V02 max you had told me about. I killed the physical exam and was ready to go for more after I finished. Ever take that for a comp or something? Did wonders for me, especially when I knew my numbers were competing with most guys that use roids regularly for work.

We must agree about the anadrol, it's the oral that makes me by far the strongest besides halo, it's probably what I'd choose for a comp. I'm too scared to use mtren, I admit it. Haha. I'll send you a quick DM.

Putting up great numbers as always…..I’ve never tried Trest with Tren. That power blast is going to put you beyond Beastmode, and poor Mrs. Hyde is going to be so wore out. 💪😎

Felt pretty sick yesterday, had this bronchitis for about 3.5 weeks now since the Olympia, and I knew I had to head out in the field to do an upgrade/cutover from 11-2am last night so I didn’t train. But since I was out in the freezing cold on that project, boss let me off work a couple hours early today - so I had the time to go make the training up.

Squats were feeling heavy, but no big surprise there, so I put the Spud gateways on & my old Titan yellow jackets & things basically kept getting better the heavier I worked up. Tried Hacks for the first time in eons; they actually felt decent on my knees with the compression from the yellow jackets - and truly excellent quad activation.

Can’t wait to see your workouts, when those lungs clear up. Trest and Tren alone always cranked up my metabolic furnace and I would always have night sweats. I couldn’t imagine them together, but they will help keep you warm in that cold, and obviously keep the power going up.💪👍

It’s going on 4 weeks now so things should be getting better sooner if anything. If not, I have trained the last month this way so I ain’t scared If I stopped training every time I was sick, I would never be able to progress.

I think PEDs make a lot of sense for the very serious/lifetime lifter, provided they are done having kids. Fertility can usually be achieved just fine even after anabolic use, but I would always advise against cruising/HRT and avoiding 19-Nors for someone serious about conceiving eventually if you want to keep your odds strong. In your case, you definitely meet the prior stipulation, and possibly the latter.

The thing I wish I understood when I began, other than waiting several years longer to learn more about training & nutrition certainly, is that you can get a lot by just staying on a modest dose of gear. Not all of this excessive blasting up and down. Just put a guy on 300mg of test year round, maybe a touch of primo or deca depending on goals & individual response (eventually), and keep the focus on training & diet periodization. Just turning the dials up on lots of processes, but not relying on the drugs for these large temporary adaptations.

That works a lot better for strongman, CrossFit, fighting, and probably powerlifting. Bodybuilding generally NEEDS more drugs and in more drastic contrast, but performance doesn’t.

You take CrossFit athlete, put them on 2-300mg test/wk, whatever makes their phlebotic values just above top of normal ranges. If they have joint issues or want a bit more size, 50-100mg deca weekly may further aid that if they respond well to volumization. Then load them up on as much L-Carnitine as they will pin, take some GW before your hardest WOD/the one you really push each week, supplement with choline & minerals faithfully, and run some waves of low- moderately dosed Tbol periodically when focusing more on strength. Done.

Extremely low risk for relatively higher increases in output & adaptation over time. You can also get all of that legally with a script or RC site, except the Tbol.

Today sure didn’t feel like a light day, but it is relative to Tuesday. Then again, what else did I expect? Survived another session of the Predator.
 
My ART guy was asking me about today’s training because he knows I’ve committed towards going after 405. When I broke the workload down he was like holy crap; once he realized the sledgehammer I’m employing he really went after a lot of different stuff like when I was peaking for my last meet. He knows his job right now is just to try to keep me injury-free best he can.

Broke up stuff on my pecs where they insert at the clavicle, my rhomboids, got a lot of stuff at the top of the tricep long head near the insert. It’s crazy how much stuff piles up, and how quickly, when you start pushing hard.

Yeah, it’s that constant tear and repair, glad you’ve got a good one though.👍

It’s very similar to the feel of rolling out or using a lax ball on something with a knot, or a jigsaw/theragun massager. It’s a “good kind of hurt,” where things are immediately loosening up after the burn. I always look forward to it.

Weight still coming on nicely. Moved the 500mg primo glute shot from Friday back to Saturday this week, and it will go to Sunday next week so it can be done after deadlifting (so it doesn’t affect that training). No deadlifting or any training today because I have bloodwork Tuesday morning at 7. Been off Mk677 the last few days, and will stay off until after bloods so it’s easier to hit a vein. Also, test is about 187.5mg/day this week because I am finishing a vial and added my Trest/Tren so it can all be administered daily in one slinpin.

Something to note is the profound sense of overall wellbeing I have been noticing. I felt more aggressive the first few days of Tren, but now I feel very calm overall. With my wife, son, work, traffic, everything - it’s like I can appreciate the issues, but they seem outside of me, unimportant in the big scheme. This detachment isn’t like apathy - more like zen, & there is more empathy than ever. I want to be kind to other people, & I have more patience for everything. Not sure if it’s Trest, tren, or the combo at this dosage. Maybe the primo is part of this?

Also, BP is great at 114-124/68-74, but pulse was 95-97 today. Normally it’s 57-64 on cruise.

I think part of it was also just becoming aware of it and separating myself from the initial reaction to even get annoyed which has helped immensely because an annoyed mind is not focusing on anything but the annoyance and a clear mind can see a bigger picture. I seem to recall feeling positive the time I cruised with primo added to my test as well.

I know Tren raises pulse anecdotally for others, and I believe Trest does this to me as well - it definitely raises my bp immediately, so does nandrolone, so I think it’s a 19-nor thing in general & specifically with my personal response.

I did fully expect this, but I think this is why I’ve heard people using Trest or Tren for extended periods getting longterm heart problems. It can be like running Clen, where the heart is just always working hard at a background level. These are aggressive tools that should be leveraged sparingly.

Being mindful is definitely a big component. I mean realizing you have a say in how you react is worth a lot - feelings are just signals, not mandates for behavior. Like pain.
 
That’s interesting, the Zen feeling that you described. I know with Trest I get this good aggressive feeling, especially when working out or doing anything active, like sports. Tren is one that added gym aggression, but I also had to be careful not to have a short fuse. With Trest, Tren, and Primo all having the potential to uplift your mood or even aggression, drive, energy….I’m sure the synergy between them would definitely have an increased effect, and bring that overall sense of well being. That focus and drive in the gym, is a good tool. I had wondered how running Trest and Tren together would effect your mood, now we know.👍
 
This detachment isn’t like apathy - more like zen, & there is more empathy than ever. I want to be kind to other people, & I have more patience for everything. Not sure if it’s Trest, tren, or the combo at this dosage. Maybe the primo is part of this?

all jokes aside, I really loved that feeling on Ultra Hard. I sorta think it was the androsterone because I haven't been able to quite replicate that "I'm 17 in my first fast car and every day is a sunny day and holy **** that chick is hot, so is that one and that one and that one and I'm young and cool and never gonna die" feeling 😅 but I also think it was the andro that gave me those minor sides so I haven't been able to perfectly replicate it.

Androsterone definitely produces a great mood and sense of wellbeing for me, it’s actually near the top of the list for compounds known for that.

Bloodwork this morning, and took a 50mg Anadrol immediately after to help survive this heavy bench day. Making some quick strides pushing on this program, but it is a tough mother. Incline bench just destroyed my elbow, worst than last week, so db pressing or any further pressing was out - I will be subbing incline bench for something else going forward.

Ran out of time due to starting late after my bloodwork, but will make up the lats & plate raises tomorrow.

You’re still pushing some good bench numbers, even while dealing with the elbow. Hopefully that elbow clears up, but it looks like the Predator program is working for you, and was the right program to go crush a 405 bench.

Elbow is totally fine if I don’t push the flexion ROM beyond what it can handle, but incline simply does this even with my middle finger on the ring (wider than my comp grip even). This is why I can’t do overhead press at all currently.

That being said, ART doc is making some further headway still slowly on my elbow - he just yesterday finally worked on the anchor point where my tendon was reattached to the forearm. As long as upstream stuff was too adhered, it wouldn’t have helped, but now that so much has been removed from along my bicep him working the attachment immediately resolved some pain during supination I’ve had for 4 years now. I could feel a difference on bench today, probably gave me a finger-width closer I can press again if I choose. It all adds up.

Yep, little steps in improvement stack up and can take you a long way.

Nothing wild, just some easy squats & reverse hypers and the bench accessories I ran out of time for yesterday. Decided I really want to put all of my recovery & focus into this bench prep, so I am keeping lower body minimalist for the moment. Eyes on the prize.

Woke up light today after undereating from that tab of Anadrol yesterday, but I did a better job today putting in the time at the table.

The funny thing is, if you read Big Jim Williams’ book, he did those plate raises almost every day (like benching). They were a serious part of his foundational delt volume. But he barely mentions the tricep extensions with the elbows turned out. Dave Tate may have gotten that idea from Williams, but Tate really did popularize them inadvertently. Jim on the other hand actually called the plate raises past his forehead Williams Raises; dude called dibs on that one!

COOKED after this one. Able to get my hands within an inch of the smooth for close-grip to the 2-board now after some recent developments in my ART therapy. Pretty weak there compared to being an inch or two wider, but should mean I can get some great carryover if I can build that deficit up.

Dbs are also very difficult to get into position, but then too light to do much real work. Still, seems worthwhile to improve them as I can, so I have been.

Been feeling a bit dry, so I increased test from 180 to 210/wk yesterday. This is also so I can use an even 0.1ml/day when I mix my weekly Trest/Tren/Test blend, aka the Triforce

Thank you, it definitely is. The way it loads the tricep with that very close grip is truly unique, and probably more important than trying to touch to a 1-board at the moment.

Up 16lbs since this began, so things are going well in that department. Not sure where my bench max is at right now, but I have survived all of the bench work as planned so far on the Predator.

Waiting on final blood work results for CBC & lipids still, but my liver, kidney, mineral, blood sugar, prostate, thyroid, and vitamin D levels are great. I raised my daily D3 intake from 12,000iu to 22,000 and levels went from 47 to 60, so I can probably go much higher still (ideal range is 30-100). My fasting glucose and thyroid are insane on the GW, Trest, & Tren, which corroborates how I am ripping through so much fuel so easily.

My ferritin (which effectively shows your available iron levels) is very low still from donating 3 months ago (~25 I believe), so hoping my blood isn’t getting too thick because I am not even close to being able to donate safely. This is why you need to do bloodwork and not mindlessly donate like they beg you to - remember, that service is still a business. I need to start eating steaks routinely again. I have not used any IP6 in eons, just not been consuming red meat as a staple.
