Snow here, so first Thursday night in the garage in many weeks. -7* with a -30* windchill seemed like the perfect opportunity!

Horse liniment, leggings, neoprene shorts & sleeves, sweatpants, tank top, heavy tshirt, hoody, beanie, and with the heater roaring it was still so cold I could see my entire body steaming as I trained. Still, hit new bests on elbow range of motion and got some great training in the books.
