240 is the most I’ve ever strictpressed on a barbell (or any implement), about 5 years ago. Axle is harder strict, and I haven’t been training standing strict, so to see a PR on it and at a lower bodyweight was terrific - put about 15lbs back on it over the winter while losing weight. Planned to do some Trapbar deads but I went to failure on volume fronts & it vaporized me; legs were pumped and core felt pushed to the brink of good sense.
Getting snipped tomorrow afternoon - this time in a couple months I intend to be shooting blanks

So that will mean no training for the next week likely while I heal. Going to use that time to try to drop a couple lbs and maybe do a 2-3 day fast even towards the end.
