Hulk going natty for a solid 365 days starting 1/1/16

thats how I always used to do it when I worked out in the afternoon... loved that early morning cold and darkness... My old neighborhood I used to be able to run right down the middle of the road and with no street lights and stuff it was just me and the stars.

the neighborhood where I grew up the cops or criminals would get ya, depending on who saw you 1st, lol.

It was a train wreck buddy hehehe... I have no strength left.. So i will have to start from scratch,,, but no worrys ill get there. :D

If u need any advice or anything pm me or tag me . Almost everybody here has had an injury at some point and had to start over from almost the beginning. If they tell you they never did their either full of **** or very lucky so cheers mate here's to ya!!!

On my 6th week of clomid . Starting to have increased aggression that comes and stays . It used to be sometimes now its more frequent. My brain and body must have forgotten what it was like to make its own testosterone. I have blood test Fri, I will post a graph of the comparisons between when my test was 40 ng/dl week 3 test was 800ng/dl i know i cant keep it that high but i ordered another blood test to make sure est isn't high enough to cause issues . Iam on no aromatase inhibitors atm .

You could give kratom a try. My gf who has anxiety issues has been enjoying it.

I overcame anxiety and panic attacks years ago, using daily Bacopa monnieri, also called Brahmi, daily phosphatidylserine for cortisol control and Phenibut 2 days a week. I also noted, when estrogen is high, I got anxious.

Anxiety goes back to teen years ,very well may have something to do with the massive amounts of cycles i did over the past 3 yrs.Even though its only been 6 weeks i feel so different and healed all over . Like a new man , a man idk....

You could try first Swanson KSM66 . 500-750 mg.

Honestly though, if most of your triggers seem to have come in stressful situations in the last few years, I wouldn't supplement anything new specifically for this until it happens.

Chances are that your hormones were so whacked out over the last few years from all these cycles that it's not really true "anxiety" but more of a hormonal imbalance that resulted in "anxiety-like" activity. True anxiety can literally be linked to nothing at all many times. For instance my gf had an attack while sitting on the couch watching teen wolf (the new one, not m j fox ha).

If you start to feel signs of an attack coming, try some breathing and relaxation exercises. If those don't work, then I would look to supps, but at this point, the less you can rely on supplements, the better and more naturally your body will become adept at handling stressors.

hey...you remember that thread about 6 months ago about how steroid use had affected this guy's life and how it had changed his personality?

someone else's...he had been doing aas cycles almost continuously for almost 20 years if I remember correctly.

he went thru all the bad stuff that had happened in his personal life and was telling people that it wasn't worth it. said his personality had changed so much he didn't even feel like the same person once he got off steroids.

Yep I remember. It's was one gigantic post of his whole life story in the form of a "cautionary tale".

A drop in test is pretty much unavoidable if you drop cals too low.

yes the closer I get to my goal ill raise my cals up as needed . Noticing the fatigue from now eating enough is deadly . during squats I got dizzy and almost passed out . Ill be raising cals 150 every2 weeks to slowly adjust .
 
ride it out...in the long run cutting fat will most definitely improve test level!!!

Yes sir i definitely was . But i did run a few with test base's that were not sufficient. I did get huge gains but kept almost nothing from the whole run . Im doing much better not using anything. You and nattyboi are my inspirations :)

Lol no back loads just calorie restriction. I have noticed since switching carb sources im much more energized than before. Before i made this decision to go natty , I was eating "dirty" no so healthy food.

I feel you here. Did a lot of useless -and-or moronic cycles, with short lived results. Always felt better when off Sarms or PH's -but no more gains.
I think I have figured out what's good for me and will jump on the TRT wagon. Going natty at my age is a no-no.
