Honestly though, if most of your triggers seem to have come in stressful situations in the last few years, I wouldn't supplement anything new specifically for this until it happens.
Chances are that your hormones were so whacked out over the last few years from all these cycles that it's not really true "anxiety" but more of a hormonal imbalance that resulted in "anxiety-like" activity. True anxiety can literally be linked to nothing at all many times. For instance my gf had an attack while sitting on the couch watching teen wolf (the new one, not m j fox ha).
If you start to feel signs of an attack coming, try some breathing and relaxation exercises. If those don't work, then I would look to supps, but at this point, the less you can rely on supplements, the better and more naturally your body will become adept at handling stressors.
