Here's something I noticed maybe some of you guys will chime in, been doing a lot of pushups and planks noticing much more definition in noticeable muscle growth after switching to a body weight circuit and sticking to it it seems to me the more pushups I do the bigger and fuller my muscles stay looking. I'm approaching cycle size , like I was when I was on AAS. According to science there's an explanation for the rapid growth. All I'm taking is multivitamin pre workout lean EFX a whole bunch of herbs nothing borderline. I have up my protein - 280 grams a day I've lowered my carbs 190 in my fat are staying between 60 and 80 grams a day my calories R between 2500 and 3000 now. I'm noticing increased fullness particularly in my biceps I've been curling 40 pound dumbbells until failure every other day sleeping 6-8 hours at night and a nap of between 1-3 hours some days. I'm really liking where this is all going hoping to throw in some natural anabolics at some point over the next few weeks.
Could i be somehow tricking my body into fueling itself with fat stores ?

Micronized creatine by ON works miracles. I would choose that over monohydrate, butttttttt if you can find some legit creatine ethyl ester then your looking at some pretty solid stuff. Check it out. Subbed forreal man. IMAGINE WHAT FOR ANDROGEN RECEPTORS WILL BE AFTER A YEAR OFF. YOULL BE A NEW MAN.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA this may be the dumbest post I've ever seen... I'm sorry bud, but there is just so much nope in here... Lets begin:

-Micronized ON creatine IS monohydrate... its just micronized so it dissolves better (which it really never does no matter how small ha)
-CEE is useless... and a waste of money. This article pulls together a few of the studies explaining why Invalid Link Removed
-Androgen receptors regenerate in extremely short periods of time... they're actually doing it constantly. And new ones are being created all the time as well.

Clomid is not nolva. Nolva is the same thing as tamoxifen, nolva is the pharmaceutical brand name of tamoxifen. Clomid (clomiphene) is another SERM drug that we use as PCT.

This. Nolva=nolvadex or tamoxifen, clomid= clomiphene. Different SERM's. VERY broadly they do the same thing (at least as far as pct usage goes) in that they will help restart htpa, but they each are a bit unique in how they do it, and the impact.

Which you choose (or both) is totally up to you. Do your research on the effects, sides, etc etc and decide which you think is best for you.

realistically speaking , my body is undergoing a massive transformation and its going great ! pics when I reach a non slob status aka very soon.

thats how I always used to do it when I worked out in the afternoon... loved that early morning cold and darkness... My old neighborhood I used to be able to run right down the middle of the road and with no street lights and stuff it was just me and the stars.

Thats the type of **** i love !!!!! Nothing better than peace and tranquility. Changing up diet tossing in a shake AM and a shake before bed .
