Micros are vitamins and minerals the body needs in minute amounts to properly function. Macros are the bulk of what we eat. Protein, carbs, and fat. If you hit proper macros with a well balanced food diet then micronutrients intake should be sufficient. Any deficiencies generally could be addressed with a solid multi.
