Never would've thought that. Also it is ok to take high pressure meds if u did get some. Might b something to check into cause I'm not thinking ur ready to retire from aas anytime soon. Day 70: start of week 10

Workout: double baby!!! Went earlier and did back and bis...about 75% back and 25% bis then 6 hours and a TON of food later I went back for lats, bis again since I didn't kill them the first time and chest a bit all decline since I didn't do any decline yesterday...I figured hell I got test pumping through me lets train like it!!! First gym session was 1.5 hours and my last one was 1.3 hours so almost 3 hours in the gym today!! Now I'm going to hit up some cardio on my elliptical and watch a movie :)

Diet: killer workout so I ate like I should today 3k cals 320p and 300g carbs and the rest fat

Notes: great day today bp was 145/85 nothing to worry about...today IS the days that set apart the boys from the men gentlemen...great pump today great energy today just a god like feeling all day I loved it!!! Now it's time for 3 turkey burgers and 45 mins of cardio :)

Hell yeah man. I'm still dragging ass tonight at work. I'm thinking it's because I ate way under my Cals yesterday and only slept like 6 hrs last night. I wanna go back and hit cardio tonight after work but I just dont think I have it in me... Plus it will lead to another 6hr sleep night lol

Day 71:

Workout: off day/ cardio...that double lift killed me yesterday lol so took the day off and did 45 mins on my elliptical...that really built up a sweat on me holy crap!!!

Diet: pretty epic...1800 cals all fat and protein I had zero carbs today haha I'm a tad dizzy from it but oh well I'll get use to it

Notes: tonight's the night....if my bp isn't close to normal when my girl gets home I'm not pinning I'm ending my cycle so we will see and I'll keep you all updated I promise....

It had to of been the var that raised it so much so I'm going 14 weeks of test 16 until it gets out of my system so 5.5 more weeks brothers!!!!!

Haha I just officially started week 12 about 5 mins ago..5 more weeks until that god awful thing called PCT
 
I've been in the 1800-1900 for the week then break it up in the weekend with some dirty Chinese food. By Thursday I'm mentally done and legs shakey in the gym. That "monster" in the photo is like 158 so I can't imagine how brutal it would be for you to only pull 1800.

It was just one of those days where I felt no hunger it was odd I think IF really helps with hunger after the first few weeks plus no carbs means no carb cravings I have 5.5 weeks left of test so my goals are 2-3lbs LBM and lose 4-5lbs of bf...I should look pretty good after that

Diet: fair food lets rehash....deep fried cherry cheesecake...3 pulled ham BBQ sandwiches...1 giant turkey leg...pumpkin milkshake...deep fried Oreos...funnel cake...French fries...pumpkin rice pudding in a waffle cone....and some home made beef jerky lol wow was that amazing

Notes: fantastic day with the woman and the baby...it was just one of those times where everything goes right...parents know what I mean and husbands lol kids are perfect not throwing a fit or crying...the woman is in a good and horny mood...just one of those lucky days we all get once In awhile plus now I'm off until Friday!!! Time to pump some serious iron baby

You should probably punish your self for eating like that with some deep squats, followed by more squats and maybe some front squats and leg presses followed by an hour on the stair stepper for cardio at the highest resistance. I dont think i could live with my self for binging like that...

Day 73:

Workout: back and chest!! My fav :) awesome workout tons of strength from all the carbs and cals

Diet: fair food...need I say anymore? Lol

Notes: feel absolutely great taking a few days off of dieting and on top of that my aggression and fullness are off the charts...I had a crazy pump today from those carbs and I lifted for a good 2 hours then hit up the fair with the family again...oh it was fantastic yet again...baby was perfect and fiancé was sweet...can't ask for much else
 
People underestimate off days and how much it helps. These numbers for cheat back are gonna be wild.
