Day 70: start of week 10
Workout: double baby!!! Went earlier and did back and bis...about 75% back and 25% bis then 6 hours and a TON of food later I went back for lats, bis again since I didn't kill them the first time and chest a bit all decline since I didn't do any decline yesterday...I figured hell I got test pumping through me lets train like it!!! First gym session was 1.5 hours and my last one was 1.3 hours so almost 3 hours in the gym today!! Now I'm going to hit up some cardio on my elliptical and watch a movie
Diet: killer workout so I ate like I should today 3k cals 320p and 300g carbs and the rest fat
Notes: great day today bp was 145/85 nothing to worry about...today IS the days that set apart the boys from the men gentlemen...great pump today great energy today just a god like feeling all day I loved it!!! Now it's time for 3 turkey burgers and 45 mins of cardio
