Day 53:

Workout: gym closed again bah I hate labor day lol going for a 3 mile run tonight and going to destroy that gym tomorrow!!!!

Diet: 4 Greek yogurts lol I had a craving haha 80g of protein in them at least....ate some carbs today to prepare for tomorrow...2.2k cals 190g P 180g C rest was fat so it was the standard 40/40/20 macro ratio

Notes: Ok I want votes up in this bitch if I should extend to 14 weeks instead of just 12 weeks....upping my cardio now as well...it's a lot of fun on cycle it's easier...time to get shredded!!!!!!

Day 54:

Workout: chest and tris...destroyed it...was very pleased with how intense I lifted today...managed 6 total exercises with 4 sets per exercise with the exception of bench which was 6 sets working my way up to 245lb for 6 reps...killed my tris and even broke the pull down machine some how lol I pulled down it felt stuck so I used some strength and boom a nut came off lol I just walked away and went to the other pull down machine :) total lift lasted 1.5 hours with 20 mins Liss cardio after words

Diet: little on the lower side today...only around 2k cals and macro ratio of 40/40/20 again tomorrow will be a lower carb day I believe

Notes: looking mean and lean today tho I was super busy at work and noticed I got a bad head ache bc I forgot to drink water do after about 40oz of water I felt much better...seriously tho I looked very full and very vascular today...not sure if I'm really leaning up in my stomach yet but my weight was at 192lb today up a total of 17lbs and down 10lbs from my highest point when I was doing an all out bulk...I know 80% of the weight I dropped was water in my glycogen stores since I've been doing under 200g of carbs they never get up to that crazy point again but I know there is some fat loss their as well so this is turning into a nice cycle...I'd put myself at +12lbs lean mass and down 3-4lbs of body fat...the rest is my glycogen stores going up and down my cycle will be 14 weeks total so with my 2 weeks post or 10 days rather after my last injection this will put my cycle at a total of 108 days so I'm exactly in the middle of my cycle as of today...54 more days until I start PCT :)

Nice lifts bro and love breaking **** equipment lol! I've learned over this cycle forget about the weight ( even though I look at it everyday ;) ) u def look bigger leaner with less water retention. I wasn't even going to mess with an ai but saw your log and started Aromisin eod. See a huge difference already and only saw about 5-6 lb loss which I think was mostly water anyway! Keep it up bro! Inspiration for sure!

Hella... My fastest 2 mile in Army was 11:30 so that's sweet

If this is what I have to look forward to on cycle that is awesome, my best time back in the Marine's was 3miles in 19:46. I was 22 then, pretty sure this 32 yr old body can't manage that again.

This is my first post on this site, but I'm a long time lurker. In fact, I've stalked all 114 pages of your thread since the beginning lol. I just had to post in order to tell you congrats on the transformation man. You don't even look like the same guy from when this thread started! It's crazy to think you still have another half of a cycle left. Oh and I'm pretty late on this.. but, subscribed.

you mean the Chair Force! naw I kid man, I wanted to go into the AirForce but it didn't work out for me, my dad retired last year as a First Sgt after 24yrs.

Day 55:

Workout: Back and Bis...decent workout...everything was up due to my 500g of carbs today :) muscle were super intensely full today it was a thing of beauty haha

Diet: carbs carbs carb and more carbs lol 500g carbs 50g fat 200g protein around 3300 cals

Notes: got my glycogen stores up a lot today...felt amazing looking so full with loads of energy I deff needed a heavy carb up...legs tomorrow so I'd like to set a PR on squats

Like that...not to often lol but when I cut I refeed once every 7 days but due to the anabolics I refeed a tad more often like every 4-5 days with 200g carbs and once in a blue moon I shock my body with 500-600g of carbs

Nice man thanks. I tried to refeed Monday since I've been sticking around 50 a day for the last week and a half. I could only hit 120 though...def not enough for a refeed. And I think it made me soooo hungry the next day?
