Day 53:
Workout: gym closed again bah I hate labor day lol going for a 3 mile run tonight and going to destroy that gym tomorrow!!!!
Diet: 4 Greek yogurts lol I had a craving haha 80g of protein in them at least....ate some carbs today to prepare for tomorrow...2.2k cals 190g P 180g C rest was fat so it was the standard 40/40/20 macro ratio
Notes: Ok I want votes up in this bitch if I should extend to 14 weeks instead of just 12 weeks....upping my cardio now as well...it's a lot of fun on cycle it's easier...time to get shredded!!!!!!
