Day 31: 204.5lb woot woot
Workout: chest and back...killed my lats today whew baby

set PRs on almost everything which is expected on test lol I deff upped the intensity today....did about 4 exercises for chest and back at 4 sets for each...pump was great
Diet: we'll 50g of carbs was all I had oh boy I felt.....GREAT! Looked so much leaner today I could tell some water went away and I figure by tomorrow it should almost all be gone...I upped my water intake and I'm doing 100g of carbs today total and tomorrow and mostly all post workout so I will take a pic tomorrow to gauge my bloat...very shocked my weight was so high even with such low carbs that made me feel great!
Notes: like I stated I felt great with my weight that high even looking much leaner with this water escaping...I upped my fats to make up my cals for now but I will start cutting in a week...back is so pumped right now it's crazy! Let's hope tomorrows low carb day makes me look even leaner! Arms tomorrow I'll try to get a teaser pic up for my bros
