Day 27: chest and tris today....here's an awesome time line of my lifting today
1pm lifted chest until 3pm
310pm home ate 1.8k calories post workout meal
Rest.....
6pm lifted tris until 7pm
710pm 1.5k calories post workout meal
So 3 hours total at the gym today...busted my bench PR managed 245 6 reps which is great for me since it's my weakest point...ended up doing 7 exercises 3-4 sets for my chest and 4 exercises 3 sets for tris...needless to say my body is ripped up lol it's certainly enjoying the rest at the moment
Diet...4.1k cals today with 350g protein lol ate like a horse to fuel my body for the 3 hours of lifting....all food was clean though 1200cals worth of peanut butterand ranch flavored rice cakes so good!!!!
Back and bis tomorrow will do the same as today with those...also upped my tbol to 60mg...actually excited to wake up and lift tomorrow
