Dude, your log has been bad to the bone thus far. You are inspiring me to utilize aas after 14 years of natural bodybuilding. It is something I always wanted to do. Keep up the good work bro!

sometimes you just gotta eat haha I'll elaborate a bit....I worked until super late and the baby was at my grandparents and my fiancé got out of work late as well so we did an old tradition and went out for breakfast at 2am lol one of those chances that happens every 5 years so it was worth the extra fat I prob put on from all that food :p

Lol I can't do Cheat days very often just makes it harder for me to eat clean lol I might cheat once every 2-3 weeks usually 3. Other than that it's All clean for me...and it sucks lol

So 3 hours total at the gym today...busted my bench PR managed 245 6 reps which is great for me since it's my weakest point...ended up doing 7 exercises 3-4 sets for my chest and 4 exercises 3 sets for tris...needless to say my body is ripped up lol it's certainly enjoying the rest at the moment

Diet...4.1k cals today with 350g protein lol ate like a horse to fuel my body for the 3 hours of lifting....all food was clean though 1200cals worth of peanut butter :) and ranch flavored rice cakes so good!!!!

Back and bis tomorrow will do the same as today with those...also upped my tbol to 60mg...actually excited to wake up and lift tomorrow

Will weight myself Friday brothers

yeah the second time I went in the lady was like wow again? I'm like yeahhh buddy haha now that the test is fully kicked on I'm going to keep up these crazy workout days and cals high I gotta make this transformation great :) need my brother proud of me :)
 
man if only i could get my wife on board, nice to have her pinning for you. I know when I decide to use AAS that I will have to hide it from her, sucks but I have touched on the subject in the past ans she is WAY against AAS.

bad A$$ results man, I must say though I am very impressed with the amount of food you are throwing down, especially after reading your cutting meals.

Yeah I'm never this hungry it has to be the test and heavy lifting that is boosting it hardcore and before I know it I'll be back to shredding the fat which won't be hard

Eh, with frequent pinning and other things that into cycle I would find it hard to hide from her. Keep working it on her, show that it isn't "cheating" it took a while for my girl to break society's views on it and finally agree that they are just awesome!

Definitely the roids bro! My first cycle the hunger was so intense! No matter how much I ate I didn't gain any fat either talk about living the dream! Eat two tuna fish sandwiches a bagel with cream cheese and a bowl of oatmeal with 1/4 jar peanut butter right before bed and wake up lean as ****! Loved that bulk!!

All time best is 455 bench. 600 deadlift and 560 squat raw. Bw at 235 though. Just started training for training for powerlifting 1.5 years ago. Started training properly like 7 months. I was always getting injured training improperly. All i have to say is.... Louie Simmons Conjugate method. It's thee most effective training program I've ever used! Next to Jim Wendlers 5/3/1 and the smolov squat program. I put 35 pounds on all 3 lifts within 3 months.

How old are you. That's good weight your throwing around. Im 18, about to turn 19. Im an exercise science major, which is why i ask about cycle advice on here. Haven't done aas before though so don't worry, but for under table study purposes im going to soon enough. Why's your squat higher than your deadlift though lol.

Just turned 24... And my squat is higher because I literally just picked up deadlift a month ago... Never done it till then

Lmao i remember when i did that too. Junior year i picked up the barbell and got 450ish. Literally a week or 2 later i got 470. Then it just went up from there. I hit a crazy plateu.. for like 5-7 months :( then did some stretching, hit up louie simmons, got his program method, soon enough I'm back on track. Have you seen his program?
