yeah im keeping him away from clen. might use albuteral but he doesnt need it. and his diet is in check 60lbs in 6 months = dedication IMHO. the only think i was slightly worried about is the 11 oxo being to high dosed . i know 300 is good for cortisol control and 600 is cortisol control and a slight bump in lean mass. so i figure 500mg would give him some added protection while cutting plus definition. just dont wont to over do it cuz of the OTC pct.

if he was willing i would recommend epi/furza. with a serm in the pct. but he is afraid of testicular atrophy..haha it told him that would for sure happen.
so i think dhea/11 oxo is the way to go

was looking at your 203lbs pics. you got some solid mass under there. uve got alot of water retention going on. a little fat gain but i think once that water goes away you will tight'n the **** up and look huge and ripped. peptieds in Pct?

yeah, im have really enjoyed the benefits of peptides. if your not considering them you should. keep the fat off while eating a surplus to maximize lean mass gain retention. plus excellent sleep and strength

well, i used ostarine in pct. it was great, but since using it i have become weary of some of the long term effects. where as peptides i feel are alot safer. i was using mod grf 1-29 100mcgx3 ed and ghrp 2100mcg 3x ed. gained mass and shed alot of fat. if you used them just 1 daily you would keep fat at bay.
 
Day 31: 204.5lb woot woot

Workout: chest and back...killed my lats today whew baby :) set PRs on almost everything which is expected on test lol I deff upped the intensity today....did about 4 exercises for chest and back at 4 sets for each...pump was great

Diet: we'll 50g of carbs was all I had oh boy I felt.....GREAT! Looked so much leaner today I could tell some water went away and I figure by tomorrow it should almost all be gone...I upped my water intake and I'm doing 100g of carbs today total and tomorrow and mostly all post workout so I will take a pic tomorrow to gauge my bloat...very shocked my weight was so high even with such low carbs that made me feel great!

Notes: like I stated I felt great with my weight that high even looking much leaner with this water escaping...I upped my fats to make up my cals for now but I will start cutting in a week...back is so pumped right now it's crazy! Let's hope tomorrows low carb day makes me look even leaner! Arms tomorrow I'll try to get a teaser pic up for my bros

Day 32:
Workout: Arms...few PRs nothing crazy but today was fasted training at around 2pm so I expected my strength to actually drop but it certainly didn't...felt very pumped and had a great lift overall

Diet: fasted until 3pm then broke my fast with oatmeal and a 60g protein shake...only eating until 9pm which my food will be simple...some cheese sticks, eggs, 85/15 hamburger and almonds

Notes: Today I started cutting a bit...pretty much eating maint for now and following a 6 hour eating window with low carbs...also first day I've ever trained fasted...wasn't to bad actually...so I low carbed yesterday and upped my water intake a ton and weighed myself today around 16 hours fasted after a **** and a piss and I was at 204lb on the dot so that made me happy...hoping to look leaner everyday...also I'll be starting my anavar next Friday and will then add plenty of cardio and maintain low carbs with a 7 day refeed and 5-6 hour eating window...no back pumps or anything bad today which was a nice break it has to be my upped water intake and lower carbs

I love to start my back day with these^^^ great stretch in my lats and also works them with minimum arm involment.

Day 33: off day...working 16 hours today so no lifting which is fine it's my scheduled day off any way...nothing better then some prodigy to keep me going tho half scoop in the morning and half scoop 10 hours later has been awesome to keep me focused for today...any who today has been interesting I fasted until 2pm and will eat until 8pm....woke up late and had to pin so I had no time to make food so I went and bought a huge Greek yogurt some oatmeal and a huge ass baked chicken lol 150g protein in that thing...today will be 110g carbs 280g protein and the rest fat...2500 kcals today....I normally keep my carbs even lower while trying to lose body fat but since I'm on anabolics aka Juice aka test aka god's blood...I figure I need at least some carbs since my cute little muscle will want to suck them up to feed the beast....still rocking the tbol at 50mg until Friday then I'll be starting var for my 7 weeks or so at 50mg....also plan on upping my aromasin the last week or so before my photos (if I even have them bc I refuse to be a fat pile of **** for them) so I gotta whip myself into shape and start gaining some muscles and losing some blubber....

Thanks bro! I figure I have about 8-10lbs of bf to lose to put me at about 8% bf so let's say 7 week cut for 10lbs would be 1.5lbs a week...with fasting, cardio, low carbs, test and var I should be able to do that...I'd love to be 5'9 192lb at 8% bf mmmm
 
Think I'm going to cut my tbol out a bit early...the back pumps are to much for me makes lifting suck some days and not fun

So glad back pumps aren't unbearable for me when I cycle!
 
No matter what I do they hurt like insanely it's annoying lol since I'm cutting I'm upping my AI to 12.5 ED of aromasin that will keep my estrogen 50-60% lower without rebound Adex isn't doing **** for bloat so I'm throwing it out lol
 
im adding in some formasurge. my dex is working ok but i got one nip thats really sensitive. bloods next friday. for test and estro. my lipids came back wack as hell
 
Day 34: back and bis today...average day...back pumps sucked a bit more then normal but tbol is almost over and the test has fully kicked in so 3 days low carbs and I'm still at 204lb on the nose so happy about that...not much to update just loving this new picture!!!!

Being a dad is pretty awesome isn't it. I think your is a month or 2 older than my son. He's by far the coolest thing I've ever been able to take credit for.
