i need to start working my deads again. i really need to work my hamstring flexibility for the hip hinge so i can lower my self in the proper form. you got a decent link for louie simmons? i've never heard of him, interested to read about him though

Try doing more hips (internal and external) and hip flexor stretches as well.

We'll see, it took me a long time to get her to stop complaining about supplements. As for hiding the pining and stuff it won't be that big a deal. I work nights for 8 months out of the year so I can just pin at night when she is asleep.

Lat pull downs 4 sets
Back machine changed grip up 4 sets
Single DB rows 5 sets
Chin ups 4 sets

Bis: cage EZ bar curls 4 sets
Preacher curls 4 sets
21s 2 sets
Incline curls 4 sets
Lat pulldowns 3 sets drop sets (since they didn't hurt from earlier)

Diet: not sure ate about the same stuff as yesterday maybe a tad more protein then yesterday...I do know I had 3k by the time I went to lift bis so I'm around 4.5k today...also gym time was a total of 2 hours 45mins

Notes: pretty beat but at this point DOMs don't exist in the morning no matter how much I destroy my body :) I love it

Day 29: ok changing things up now....adding cardio and lowering cals on off days and cardio days....basically a recomp...I'm tired of not seeing 6 abs I'm happy with my size I'm 203lb 12%bf at 5'9 so if I can get to 190lbs at 8% bf I'd look sick so starting Monday in redoing everything....lowering carbs as well.....here we goooooooooooo

Shoulders abs today...normal day almost didn't go just very tired from work but fuk it I lift to live!

Diet my normal bulking diet :) you guys know by now...3.7k cals
 
I hear ya man I think im gonna say fuk the bulk after week 8 and cut until pct. I can't take the extra bf I've put on its starting to drive me nuts!

Ate 2 lol with chicken and eggs today lol with my protein shakes I had 325g of protein...I used a little bit of ms dash on them (no sodium) good stuff bro thank you for that idea
 
Day 30: hate rushing In the gym but I only had an hour today so I went in and did legs...last time I did legs was 5 days ago I hit my PR at 315 for 8 reps today I'm at 325 for 6 reps...could of gotten 8 out but back pumps are murdering me today...I need to up my water intake on leg days do lesson learned there....lol ended up doing 10 sets then it was time to go after a few calve raises...

Notes: pin went perfect yesterday...not even a drop of blood so that was nice...var will be starting soon and the cutting shall commence :)

325 may not be a lot for most lol but I've never ever trained for strength hell I was pushing 225 5 rep max before this but I hear you on the pin the one before this one was bad had to pull out to a different spot bc I aspirated blood into the syringe oh man that was scary looking lol so it was double the pain but this last one my gf did it so it was cake :) she doesn't them all day at work anyway

what gym do you work out at? theres not many dudes that'll exercise proper form with that much weight on their back for squats in any gym i've ever been in. 325 is damn decent weight man.

going to be running Alpha T2 for the 8 weeks 2.

he is 190lbs, been training 6 months with me lost 60lbs so far. i figured this would help with definition and he could still cut. maybe even gain 1-3lbs of some lean mass. im not good at planning cut/recomp cycles.

but he will be using an OTC pct. titanium xl/division I/ formula x with erase. staying away from a serum. would like to keep the cycle low dose to prevent shutdown. does this look okay to you.
 
congrats on the squat pr. i got money says you will hit 400lbs before the end of your cycle
 
I used RS transaderm which after talking to Patrick Arnold isn't much of anything lol...I did 2 weeks of clen in there as well but that didn't do anything for me...diet and cardio were my keys by far but that looks like a nice little cycle to lose some good body fat just make sure he diets
