Diet: not sure ate about the same stuff as yesterday maybe a tad more protein then yesterday...I do know I had 3k by the time I went to lift bis so I'm around 4.5k today...also gym time was a total of 2 hours 45mins
Notes: pretty beat but at this point DOMs don't exist in the morning no matter how much I destroy my bodyI love it

Day 30: hate rushing In the gym but I only had an hour today so I went in and did legs...last time I did legs was 5 days ago I hit my PR at 315 for 8 reps today I'm at 325 for 6 reps...could of gotten 8 out but back pumps are murdering me today...I need to up my water intake on leg days do lesson learned there....lol ended up doing 10 sets then it was time to go after a few calve raises...
Notes: pin went perfect yesterday...not even a drop of blood so that was nice...var will be starting soon and the cutting shall commence![]()

325 may not be a lot for most lol but I've never ever trained for strength hell I was pushing 225 5 rep max before this but I hear you on the pin the one before this one was bad had to pull out to a different spot bc I aspirated blood into the syringe oh man that was scary looking lol so it was double the pain but this last one my gf did it so it was cakeshe doesn't them all day at work anyway
