I would say the majority of my training has been 8x6x4x2 style. I always had a spotter force me to get those 2 golden extra reps, no matter how much he assisted me. I found that my strength and size went up very fast. There was a day when I was only 140lb lol
 
i do 5x5 with my Olympic lifts. ****ing dead as **** by the end of it

Dude I did 6 weeks of 5x5 about 2 years ago and my strength Sky rocketed! I was stuck at a platue on my bench 1rm and after 6 weeks I think I put 30 pounds on my max. It was awesome. I haven't done it since I lost my spotter because the guy who showed the program to me said you should never be able to get all 5 reps by yourself after the 3rd set. But I loved it. I'm also a pretty big fan of 5-3-1 but I try to only do it every 2-3 weeks.
 
Damn guys I've never done a set under 8 reps lol I guess that's where all my size came from...but I figure when I shock my body with actual strength training after pct it should help keep most of my gains into my next cycle which is already bought and ready to go for march lol
 
what did you get. im starting a cycle in march too!

You are in the begining of your cycle now...why not shock them when on anabolics? Seems like the perfect time to me ;)

Just worried about size for now I have changed my workout completely and added drop sets and pyramids so I can see I shocked them so far :) pretty excited that's why I wanna save the second round of shocking for after pct

Why not run acetate for your first time bro? At least if your prone to prolactin related sides you won't have to worry about them as they will subside once the short ester clears.

I agree, it forces the core to initiate a lot more to keep balance. Dont forget your posterior and stretch your hips/flexors

Pushing past failure is the most effective way to stimulate test and IGF1 release during training but raises cortisol much higher than even training to failure by comparison. It may be beneficial for you to supplement phosphatidyl choline during or after training.
 
Worse pin of my life lol went in and hurt aspirate and blood came out so I pulled out waited a bit went into another spot and it hurt like a bastard but I got it in about an inch and aspirated...no blood just lots of pain and injected...whew I'm sweating and everything lol my fiancé needs to stop working and pin me haha

Ouch my poor quad lol

dude i just pinned 100mg of TNE. and my quad started spasming. like a big one. ive had a few small once but there was like a full contraction with the needle 1 inch in

Pin your glutes or delts. Quads have tons of nerve endings. Ive heard serious horror stories about quad shots gone wrong. Besides.. if your girl will pin you let her its way easier than pinning your self.
 
i have big shoulders so i have a hard time aspirating when i pin my delt. and i have yet to pin the glute. again there is a problem with flexablity

Dude the oil I have is so thick my wife pretty much shakes trying get it out lol she has to have the needle buried. We've even tried heating it up with the hair dryer. Sh*ts like syrup lol

All I'm taking is test e. first cycle so obviously first time I've used my source. He's pretty notorious for having thick oils. I just didn't think it'd be THAT thick
 
It's weird it was so easy to pin after that first one but now it's getting harder wth lol so weird...it had to be a one time deal today...well I hope anyway that shot hurt but no pip at least

Day 26: rest day...after that bad pin experience I decided to rest since in off work the next two day and will e doing 2 a days for a total of 6 hours gym time over the next two days....waiting to step on the scale until Friday...hoping I'm at 203-205 that would make me really happy...also bumping up my cals to 4k for these two a days...I plan on eating half a jar of peanut butter each of those days along with plenty of red meat and eggs and oats...feel a little down because I didn't lift today but oh well I'll make up for it lol all I think about is that gym and weights and plates oh man it's addicting

Strangely if I hit 205 it would be 30lbs total lol it's a perfect formula of coming off a long super low carb cutting diet...changing my workout completely...adding in 10-12 hours a week in the gym and first time my body has ever felt anabolics in it....sounds crazy I know but man my muscles are always so pumped it hurts just to hold my daughter for two long at times lol I get such an arm pump it hurts haha and now my test has kicked in so let's see what this can really plus I'm upping my tbol for the next two week starting tomorrow before I hop on my anavar so let's enjoy this wild ride brother

Here's a suggestion bro since I can definitely see that you love peanut butter, give almond butter a try. Its seriously so f**king good and in terms of fat quality, its much better since almonds are the sh*t!

I went through 4 bags of almonds this week lol big bags too :) I get plenty of fats bc I keep my carbs around 250g maybe 300g
