Lighting is a huge part of how photos turn out man. It's better to take the pics in a darker setting with tube lighting. For some reason lights like the ones you find in basements help a good deal in the shading on muscles. I can tell a huge difference if I take my pictures midday or at night due to the sun light that comes in. Just a few ideas for ya! :-)

Day 23: Test has deff kicked in!! I thought about nothing but the gym all day it was insane...ended up taking a few hours vacation time so I could hit the gym up lol wow this is the **** :)

So my gym weight was 200.2lbs today now I know that's gym weight so my real weight is less
I'm sure but still the metal aspect of 200lbs is amazing to me!!!! So let's speculate here...

Started 175lbs...current 200lbs
175+12lbs glycogen/water+2lbs fat=189lbs so I'd say 11lbs LBM sound good? Or do you guys think it's more or less or right on par?

Workout today was arms...I ripped it up insane pump great strength fantastic tunnel vision focus even made some videos!!!! Lol guess my confidence is climbing upppp

Trying to calculate glycogen and water is pointless. If ur up 19lbs ur up 19lbs. Since ur on test u will solidify that by the end of ur cycle. And if ur pct is on point u shouldn't lose any weight.

Wow! 200 lbs bro!!! I'm hoping to get to 190 in my cycle I couldn't imagine how swole 200 would look and feel! Your a beast bro! Love how pumped you sound! I remember my first cycle I would constantly say it was the most euphoric high you can imagine! The high of being one bad ass mofo! Keep killing it bro!

Had a nice post workout meal...Multi grain tortillas with cheese melted on it and shredded chicken and bacon bites with mango peach salsa for dipping...then of course still hungry I had mini wheats with super skim milk and a tad bit of whipped cream on top

Day 24: off day today...I know my bros are not use to seeing that in my log lol since I lifted 6 days in a row I figured I could use a day off to relax...ended up going to wal mart...always a freaking adventure there...nothing big to update just noticed my morning wood is gone and my shirt fit tighter it's actually annoying on shirts that were already tight bc I can't even wear those haha ate good today kept carbs at 175g and protein way up and fat way up with a pound of ground beef 2 Greek yogurts and half a jar of natty peanut butter lol just me...a spoon...and natty peanut butter at work lol yum legs tomorrow :)

Since I kept my carbs low and started aromasin 12.5mg tues thurs sat I lost some nasty bloat so I snapped these tonight

Post nudez whenever you feel. Dropping carbs certainly helped you tighten up so it may have been a lt of water bloat. Traps look great now. So are you gonna keep carbs low or continue on up?

Day 25: leg day....ouch lol so last leg day about 5 days ago my PR was 300lb for 6 reps....today was.....315 for 8 yes 8 reps :) and I got it on video :) I can't believe in 5 days my PR got destroyed like that lol ate perfectly clean the past few days including today with a ton of water and look better then ever...ripped my legs up pretty good with 10 sets of squats, leg ext and leg press also threw in some lat work as well :) gotta grow these damn lats!!!

Diet: all clean...simple...oatmeal, protein, eggs, chicken and half a jar of peanut butter and some milk

Notes: my libido is down and not sure why I assumed it would be up but it's not but o well...also balls are normal size...now just hoping my var gets here from my source within 2-3 weeks like he said...also not stepping on the scale until Thursday and I am shooting for 203lbs

do you do frount squats. that really increased the amount of weight i could do with normal squats. i go low weight on front squats 150-185lbs. go real deep and do high reps 12-15.

405 is totally reasonable . im doing 40mg sd and 600mg of teste. and my lat pul downs is at 290 for 15. i use the hammer strenght thats 100lbs higher than normal. and im only on week 5 of test. so it hasnt even fully kicked in yet. i bet b y week 8 u should be at 450lbs

I've never trained for strength and I just started squatting in jan lol so I'm getting there but those are some awesome numbers man! Specially that lat PD beast mode bro
