Day 25: leg day....ouch lol so last leg day about 5 days ago my PR was 300lb for 6 reps....today was.....315 for 8 yes 8 reps

and I got it on video

I can't believe in 5 days my PR got destroyed like that lol ate perfectly clean the past few days including today with a ton of water and look better then ever...ripped my legs up pretty good with 10 sets of squats, leg ext and leg press also threw in some lat work as well

gotta grow these damn lats!!!
Diet: all clean...simple...oatmeal, protein, eggs, chicken and half a jar of peanut butter and some milk
Notes: my libido is down and not sure why I assumed it would be up but it's not but o well...also balls are normal size...now just hoping my var gets here from my source within 2-3 weeks like he said...also not stepping on the scale until Thursday and I am shooting for 203lbs
