how to lose stubborn post pregnancy weight!!!

Can someone please give me some information on how to start a good work out routine for losing post pregnancy weight. I have recently had two children with and 11 month span in the middle so I had no time to lose weight from the first pregnancy before i got pregnant again, so now i have like double the weight to lose, and i just can't seem to find a good routine for my lifestyle. I am very busy with 2 lil ones so i can't be bound by a strict diet plan, but i need something effective and somewhat easy. PLEASE HELP!!! any helpful information is greatly appreciated!

Read The 3 Keys to Fat Loss. It contains nutrition information for fat loss, as well as training recommendations. As far as training, you could always do a home programme, or start incorporating 20-30 minutes of cardio three times a week if you don't have the time for anything else. Just bear in mind that for you, NUTRITION is going to be the primary key to successful fat loss; you don't need to follow a strict diet plan, but you WILL have to learn how to eat properly.

That's a very good article to get you started. If you do everything that's outlined in that article, you will lose body fat.
