Can someone please give me some information on how to start a good work out routine for losing post pregnancy weight. I have recently had two children with and 11 month span in the middle so I had no time to lose weight from the first pregnancy before i got pregnant again, so now i have like double the weight to lose, and i just can't seem to find a good routine for my lifestyle. I am very busy with 2 lil ones so i can't be bound by a strict diet plan, but i need something effective and somewhat easy. PLEASE HELP!!! any helpful information is greatly appreciated!
